wouldliketoinstallthedefaultDiabloSporttunesormodifythattunefor
aftermarket parts installed on your vehicle. For more information on
modifying your tune, please see section 2.4 later in this manual. For this
example, we will install the default 93 Octane Performance. Select
InstallTune.

Step 3: The Trinity will prompt you to select your vehicles transmission
type.Onceyouvemadeyourselectioncarefullyreviewthedisclaimeron
screen.Ifyouagreetothedisclaimer,selectagreeontheTrinityscreen.

vehicle and it has already saved an original backup (See Section 2.1 for

7.1- Installing Trinity USB Drivers
Step 1: Insert your Trinity CD into your PC. The Open file Dialog will
appear on your screen, select Run. You are now in the Trinity Setup
menu. Select Next and carefully read the end user license agreement.
Choose agree if you accept the terms of the agreement, then click the

nextbutton.
Step3:VERYIMPORTANT!!!Whenprompted,plugyourTrinityinusing
theUSBcableincludedinthebox.AFoundNewHardwareWizard
windowwillpopup;allowwindowstofindyourdriversautomatically.
NextselectFinishonthedriversetupwizardandyouarereadyto
interfaceyourTrinitywithaPC!!!

Step 2: You will need to browse for where you would like the drivers to
installonyourPC.Formostusersthedefaultpositionwillbesatisfactory.If
youhaveaspecificneedtoplacethedriverssomewhereelseonyourPC
click browse, otherwise click next. Select Install to begin the driver

installationprocess.

7.2- Installing the DS Downloader.

Step1:InserttheCDthatcamewithyourTrinityintoyourCDRomdrive.If
the CD does not automatically come up on your screen, select Run via
the start menu in windows. The disc will automatically bring up several

options.SelectInstallTrinityDrivers.
Step 3: The Trinity Driver installer has 2 stages, when stage two begins
simply click next. One some PCs you may get a note from windows Step2:TheDSDownloaderSetupDialogwillappear.SelectNextonthe
regardinglogotesting,selectContinueAnyway. display.
NOTE: Always check DiabloSports website to make sure you have the most

7.3- Registering the Trinity

recommendsettingupadesktopiconforthisexample.SelectNextand

youwillbeabletoreviewallofyourchoicessofar.
Step2:YouarenowintheDSDownloadermainmenu,theDSDownloader
willsearchfortheTrinityandfindnewhardware.

Step 5: The DS Downloader will install and when its complete select
Finishtoendtheinstallationprocess.

device. Fill out the information in full, DiabloSport does not share this
information with 3rd parties for any reason. Select OK When you are
doneYouhaveregisteredyourTrinitywithDiabloSport Step 2: Plug your Trinity into the USB port on your PC then open the DS
Downloader by double clicking the desktop icon you created in the last
section. Select which DiabloSport device the DS Downloader is going to
connect to. Select Trinity from the pull down menu and click Accept

7.4- Updating the Trinity

FromtimetotimeDiabloSportwillreleaseupdatesfortheTrinityonour
website www.diablosport.com. These updates can include new tunes,
updatedvehiclesupport,ornewuseroptions!Inordertogetanupdate
foryourTrinityyouwillfirstneedtoregisteritwithDiabloSport.
Step1:MakesureyouhavecompletedSection7.1andSection7.2before Step 3: The DS downloader will now check your PCs USB connections to
