An unauthorized person called a telecommunications provider, claiming to be a customer and making changes to the customer's account. The provider became suspicious as the caller's voice did not match previous callers. When speaking to the actual customer, he admitted the first caller was his nephew. The provider noted it could not make changes or provide information over the phone and the customer would need to come to the office with ID.
