SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, DANILO A. CABANAG, of legal age, married and a resident of

4932 Atlantic Drive Cheyenne, Wyoming, USA B2001, do hereby name,
appoint, and constitute FRED R. YAMBALLA, also of legal age,
married, Filipino citizen and a resident of Ineangan, Dupax del Norte,
Nueva Vizcaya, to be my true and lawful attorney-in-fact and in my
name, place and stead do the following acts and deeds, to wit:

1. To represent me in case pending before the Department

of Agrarian Reform Adjudication Board of Bayombong,
Nueva Vizcaya and entitled as, Teopisto F. Cabanag
versus Nieves B. Aragon, et al., docketed as DARAB
CASE NOS. 0206-3162-2016, 0206-3161-2016,
0206-3160-2016, 0206-3159-2016, 0206-3158-
2016, 0206-3157-2016, 0206-3156-2016;

2. To appear in my behalf during the pre-trial, trial proper,

and other court proceedings, until the termination of the
case or cases, enter into stipulation of facts, make
admissions, identify documents, participate in any
mediation proceedings, enter into a compromise
agreement or amicable settlement as well as to testify in
my behalf during the proceedings; and, to receive
notices, orders, decisions and other processes from the
court or courts or any tribunal in relation thereto;

3. To receive the subject agricultural land from the

Respondents and possess the same, serve as
administrator, perform acts for the preservation and
maintenance of said agricultural land and do any other
acts necessary to protect my rights over the property;

4. To secure any and all documents from government

agencies or entities necessary to carry out this authority;

5. To perform such other powers and functions requisite

and necessary to the foregoing authority.

HEREBY GIVING OR GRANTING unto my said attorney-in-fact

full powers and authority to do and perform all and every act requisite or
necessary to carry into effect the foregoing authority, as fully to all
intents and purposes as I might or could lawfully do if personally present
with full power of substitution and revocation and hereby ratifying and
confirming all that my said attorney-in-fact or his substitute shall
lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue hereof.
