INTERNSHIP OFFER LETTER

Dear Basavaprabhu,

We are pleased to offer you an internship with ZOLIPE SOLUTIONS PVT LTD. This is an
educational internship program. Our goal is for you to learn more about Information Technology
Solutions.

The training is expected to start from 16/1/2017 to 28/2/2017 and the internship program will
extend till the mid of May 2017. However, at the sole discretion of the Company, the duration of
the internship may be extended or shortened with or without advance notice.

As an intern, you will not be a Company employee. Therefore, you will not receive a salary,
wages, or other compensation. In addition, you will not be eligible for any benefits that the
Company offers its employees, including, but not limited to, health benefits, holiday pay,
vacation pay, sick leave or retirement benefits.

However, you will be entitled to utilize the food facilities and travel allowance that will be
provided as part of the internship program.

You understand that participation in the internship program is not an offer of employment, and
successful completion of the internship does not entitle you to employment with the Company.

 Terms and Conditions are specified below :

The candidates are required to bring their own personal computers to the Zolipe office.

They are required to strictly adhere to 10.00 AM to 5.00 PM timings during the Internship
Program.

The candidates committed for this assignment should be punctual and hard working &
should complete the assigned project work successfully and be committed to the
Internship Program.

Zolipe will offer the following below packages for candidates those who are selected
and the candidates are required to provide a minimum of 2 year commitment to work
with Zolipe.

The candidates those who are not selected even after training can continue with Zolipe
with minimal stipend or basic package as shown below and the decision to hire those
who have not cleared the certification will rests solely on the management of Zolipe
Solutions Pvt Ltd.

During your internship, you may have access to confidential, proprietary, and/or trade secret
information belonging to the Company. You agree that you will keep all of this information
strictly confidential and refrain from using it for your own purposes or from disclosing it to
anyone outside the Company. In addition, you agree that, upon conclusion of the internship, you
will immediately return to the Company all of its property, equipment, and documents, including
electronically stored information.

By accepting this offer, you agree that you will follow all of the Company's policies that apply to
non-employee interns, including, for example, the Company's anti-harassment policy.

This letter constitutes the complete understanding between you and the Company regarding
your internship and supersedes all prior discussions or agreements.
This letter may only be modified by a written agreement signed by both of us.
