Special Purpose Vehicle

i. The Bidder should have a minimum Net worth of Rs. 50,00,000 Lakhs
(Rupees Fifty Lakhs Only) as at the close of the financial year preceding the
Proposal Due Date.
AND
ii. The Bidder should have an Average Annual Turnover of Rs. 1,00,00,000/-
(Rupees One Crore Only) in the last three completed financial years
preceding the Proposal Due Date (i.e. FY 2014-15, 2013-14 and 2012-13).
