Research is a careful, critical, discipline inquiry, varying in technique and method
according to the nature and conditions of the problem identified, directed toward
the clarification or resolution (or both) of the problem (Good and Scates, 1972).

Research is a process through which we attempt to achieve systematically and with

the support of data to answer a question, the resolution of a problem, or a greater
understanding of phenomenon (Leedy, P. 1997).
