Kimera Lighting, S.L - CIFB86838927
All products manufactured and / or marketed under the brand Kimera Lighting , especially luminaires, lamps and adaptations are guaranteed
against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 3 years and cover 70% of its luminous efficiency during 30,000 hours.
The guarantees covered by this Certificate shall be given by Kimera Lighting, S.L. subject to the terms and conditions expressed below. The appli-
cation process under the warranty by a client of Kimera Lighting, S.L. must follow these steps:

Inform Kimera Lighting, S.L. immediately and in writing, to or failing that, the commercial representative of the area. This report shall be
accompanied by a copy of the purchase invoice of the product including compulsorily the date of purchase.

Once Kimera Lighting, S.L. receives such claim the customer service department will proceed with its analysis, deciding whether the damages
are covered within the clauses mentioned here, and will report back to the customer with its decision in a short period of time.

Once the warranty claim has been justified, Kimera Lighting, S.L.s client service department will organize, at its cost, the repair, and when
this is not possible, the replacement of the product.

All equipment, components or products replaced after executing this warranty will become the property of Kimera Lighting, S.L.

The guarantee rights established herein do not necessarily cover the costs of transporting equipment, defective lighting components or products
returned to Kimera Lighting, S.L. and their subsequent return to the client. It does not cover, likewise, intervention costs arising from dismantling
of the defective equipment nor the subsequent reinstallation of the replaced equipment; all of the above except in the case of equipment, compo-
nents or products purchased for use in the territory of the European Union, in which case it is compliance with the provisions of Law 23/2003 of
10 July, which transposes into Spanish law Community Directive 1999/44 / EC.

Damages, malfunctions and service faults of the lighting products will be exempt from the guarantee rights established herein when they originate
from:

Failure to follow the installation, use and maintenance instructions established in the accompanying documentation supplied and / or established
regulations and technical and safety rules, at a local or national level, or that are applicable to them at all times, such as for example the Low
Voltage Electro Technical Regulation, and technical instructions, Electromagnetic Compatibility, European standard EN-60598, etc.

Failures in the electricity supply, or storm damage caused by static electricity or possible harmonic distortions produced on the network.

Accidents, bumps, tampering or negligent, improper or clearly inappropriate use of the product under warranty.

Section and improper wiring length and the characteristics and section of the terminals of the ballast rush.

Modifications, installations, repairs or misuses, applied to the inside of the supplied product, not made by outsourced personnel authorized
by Kimera Lighting, S.L..

Damage caused by natural disasters, actions of third parties or any other force majeure beyond the control of Kimera Lighting, S.L..

Exposure to corrosive environments and aggressive gases of chemical origin.

The responsibility of Kimera Lighting, S.L. derived from this warranty is limited to the obligations expressed above and shall not exceed the amount
of the invoice paid by the customer for the purchase of the product under claim, expressly excluding any liability for consequential damages such
as loss of benefits from exploitation, etc.

The foregoing limitations of warranty shall apply provided they do not contravene the applicable legal provisions of each country regarding liability
for the product. Should these circumstances override any of the above provisions, the nullity will only affect that particular provision, while main-
taining in effect the rest of them. Specifically excluded from application are any provisions of this warranty that contravene the provisions of Law
23/2003 of 10 July, which transposes into Spanish law the EU Directive 1999/44 / EC and affects any lighting equipment purchased for use in the
territory of the European Union.
Any right that is not expressly mentioned in this warranty certificate is excluded.
All products supplied by Kimera Lighting, S.L. meet CE and RoHS quality certification requirements.
