is 33.9 kJ/mol at 250C. Calculate the
ebullioscopic constant for benzene. (Molar
mass of benzene is 78 g/mol). The boiling point
of benzene is 353.3K .R=8.314 L Pa /mol K

(iii) Define Henrys law and plot a graph for it.

(i)What is the freezing point of 0.2 M solution of
acetic acid in benzene in which it dimerises to
the extent of 60%. Freezing point of benzene is
278.4K and molar heat of fusion is 10.42
kJ/mol. R=8.314Pa L/mol K

(ii) Plot graphs to show depression in freezing


point and elevation in boiling point in a
solution.
