Nowjust"Export"totheformatofchoiceAACiscommonforMKV.
UseMKVmergeGUitomergeyournewaudiowiththevideofromtheoriginalfile.

beginningoftheaudioaccordinglywhenyousavethesecondhalfasanewMKV.
There'saslightchanceafterthetwohalvesarejoinedthere'llbeanaudible"glitch"
wherethey'rejoined,butmostlyitworksfine.AC3seemsrarelytobeaproblem.
SometimesforMP3therecanbeone.
Ifthesecondhalfrequiresapositiveaudiodelaythenafterappendingthetwo
halvesthere'llbeaslightgapintheaudio.There'snotmuchyoucandoaboutthat,
buthavingagapintheaudiohasnevercausedmeanyplaybackproblems.
