1. Tell me a little about yourself.

A : okay, my name is Avy Alfiani. Im 20 years old. My hobby is singing. Im

fresh graduated from UNS study program OSH.
2. Why do you interted with hse department?
A : Because the government and global policies already require a company to
have the K3. hse departments in the company and greatly contribute to
building a culture of k3. and it will be an honor if I can minimize the
occurrence of accidents in the company. and make other employees to
work safely and comfortably in the company.

3. Why did you leave your latest job?
A : because I was looking for more of challenge and I want to get more
experience especially in HSE department.
4. What would you say is your greatest strength?
A : my strength is I was flexibility and I like to learn something new. i find that
this is very important when i'm working with lots of different people and
opinion.
5. Whats ability to be your strengths?
A : i have good patience, computer operations system and English language.
6. Then how much salary do you want during the work here?
A : for my salary, I want to be adjusted with the ability and the results of my work, and the
company can see it.
7. What attracted you to our company?
A : i read that you encourage employees to spend time with each outside the
work place, and thats something a really appreciate.
8. Do you have any other skills that suitable with your field?
A : I can operate a computer properly and I can use internet.
