Answer for question 1
I am Janhavi Kelkar; I hail from Thane a place near Navi Mumbai. I am a Chemical
Engineer, passed out from Mumbai University in 2010. I have a work experience in
Water Treatment industry. I was working as a Techno- Proposal Engineer. My
previous company was Wipro. The job location was Navi Mumbai. I have total work
experience of 4 years. I joined company as GET (Graduate Engineering Trainee).
When I left Wipro to pursue Management Education I was Senior Proposal Engineer. I
had 2 promotions after every 2 years.
I have pursued PGDM from MIT School of Business in year 2014-2016. I have opted
for Marketing Specialisation. Our course is based on Case Study methodology. The
course duration is 2 years (full time)
My family consist of Father, Mother & younger brother. Father is Manager at
Mahindra & Mahindra. Mother was working in BMC but left job few years back & my
younger brother is pursuing BE in Electronics.

Answer for question 3
I am a Chemical Engineer. In a pharmaceutical company a Chemical Engineer can
work efficient. Though there are courses of Pharmacy, chemical Engineers have
sound knowledge of chemical compound and chemistry. Also the production aspect
of the plant is covered in engineering syllabus.
I had a work experience as Techno- Proposal Engineer which is support system to
Marketing Department. I have good experience & practice of attending Technical as
well as commercial meetings with Client & consultant. I understand how to
understand Client requirement and pitch in the proposal to fulfil his requirement.
In management studies, I have learnt factors affecting Market, How market research
are conducted before launch of new products, how Ad campaigns are designed and
also about Consumer Behaviour.
I am a quick learner, agile and ready to adjust with the environment.

I am looking for good domain knowledge and implementation of the skills and
techniques which I possess. I want to be successful employee by use of sharpened
managerial skills and technical knowledge. The practical working will improve my
Managerial skills, decision making capacity. I will also learn factors affecting
industry. So after 5 years I am looking for responsible post with greater role and
responsibilities wherein I will take decisions for the well-being of company and also
enhance respect for company in competitors and society.

Checklist before appearing for Interview:
1. Check venue, date and time of Interview.
2. Decide how to travel to the location of Interview.
3. Study Company: Understand their business area, competitors, culture, any
expansion planning in recent years and market position.
4. Decide on the attire. I will choose formal cloths (Indian or western formal) to
wear for interview and make them ready as in wash & iron the cloths.
5. Give care for looks. As I should not be overly dressed and should be
presentable.
6. Carry extra copy of Resume (Hard as well as soft copy).
7. Carry all formal documents like Certificates, Letters of achievements, Salary
slip.
8. Check and fill if any HR form or document I need to fill before interview which
Interviewer has shared via mail.
9. Brush up my knowledge & soft skills.
10.Prepare few questions and answer those questions as self-practice
