(b)InacaseinwhichtheGovernmentintendstoofferevidenceunderthisrule,theattorneyfor
theGovernmentshalldisclosetheevidencetothedefendant,includingstatementsofwitnessesor
asummaryofthesubstanceofanytestimonythatisexpectedtobeoffered,atleastfifteendays
beforethescheduleddateoftrialoratsuchlatertimeasthecourtmayallowforgoodcause.
