The 200 hours Yoga Teacher
Training Certificate Program is 26
days course. This course is Hatha
Yoga TTC program with some
introduction to Vinyasa Flow style. It
is very first level of teacher training
program. Whether you dream of

deepen your knowledge and
practice, teacher part-time or own a

fully comprehensive profoundly life

100 Hours YOGA TTC
100 hours Yoga teacher training
course program is for those
students who dont feel ready to
commit to 200 hours TTC in one go.
This is an opportunity to complete
200 hour TTC in two parts. Instead
on continuous 4 week training; the
course will be divided into two
parts. After the completion of both
the parts the certificates will be
provided to the students.

ASANA
Practice techniques of postures of
Hatha Yoga like forward bends, back
bends, standing postures, sitting
postures etc will be covered in this
module. Students explore the basic
principles behind these
Asanas/postures.
They learn how to teach and
formulate their own lessons and
plans. They are also adept at
corrections and proper lesson
delivery according to yogic
principles. Trainees learn techniques
to develop their personal power and
presence as Yoga teachers.
MEDITATION AND PRANAYAMA
Optimal Yoga class sequencing
emphasized mantra, warm-ups,
Pranayama, and Meditation.
Students learn different breathing
and meditative techniques and
learn to apply it in different
situations. Pranayama and
meditation is mixed into practical
one-hour sessions to develop a
thorough understanding of
technique and application, and
linked with Asanas/Postures
Practices as well.
ANATOMY, PHYSIOLOGY
Study of human anatomy, functions
in regards to Yogic principles is
covered in this course.
Brief detail of the organ systems of
the body is covered.
PHILOSOPHY
Teacher Trainees are introduced to
the important philosophical
concepts and texts.
TEACHING METHODOLOGY
These classes will be on the art of
teaching. Students will be given tips
and hacks about teaching. They will
be given some tasks which will
enhance their teaching. They will be
taught methods to teach individual
asana and a whole drop-in class.
HOLISTIC YOGA PRACTICUM
Developing on-going holistic Yoga
practice is an essential part of
teaching the art and science of
Yoga. The practicum includes
attending, developing and teaching
Yoga classes. This series is designed
to support and expand upon your
Yoga practice and training. Trainees
practice teaching as the lead
instructor Receiving and giving
feedback. Observing others teaching
Assisting students while someone
else is teaching.
