Cache Valley History Report

Please read entire note.

Utah.

**The only requirement for this assignment is the

report. **

REPORT

The report should consist of an introduction, 3 paragraphs about the city with
details about its history, current population and occupations, as well as the
geography. There is a lot more information that the students have discussed
they would like to add, they are welcome to add as much as they would like. It
should end with a conclusion. Students will present their report to the class.

Reports will be presented to the class the 2nd and 3rd of March.

EXTRA

The students are welcome to make posters, power points, invite guest speakers.
Visiting your city is highly encouraged, but not required.

Some things that we thought would be interesting to go into our reports are:
-History (Name, founded,
-Population (How many people?)
-Interesting Places/ Geography (Buildings, temple, barns, waterways)
-What do they do? (income, occupation, recreation etc.)
-Any FolkTales or traditions?
-How did it get its name?
-Historical Pictures
-Famous People or Events

*We will be getting information and writing the report in class, but our
resources are limited. Time spent outside of the class will enhance the experience and improve the
quality of our reports.
