City Investments has expanded its scope to include a restaurant, fast food caf, 3 bakery sales outlets and City Gelato under its
umbrella. We are also a leading importer/distributor of high quality internationally recognized bakery ingredients, drinks & gelato
bases, organically & botanically brewed drink brands, spring drinking water and innovative hygiene products.

Prerequisites:

Achieve total quality service through immediate/undivided attention and overall organization of the outlet.
Managing daily function of the show room assisting staff with opening and closing tasks.
Should thoroughly be aware of the POS system and entering of sales to the system, to assist and train the staff to take
Accurate reports and close the sales.

Should be versed in procedures of when the time of closing sales and after closing sales.
Should available during daily close of sales end of the shift (both shifts) to check and authorized the sales sheet.
Daily sales to be banked in every morning and handover the slip to Accounts department.
Responsible for making sure that the showroom is clean and free from debris, dust, stains before opening, throughout
the operational hours and end of the day. (inside showroom/preparation area/entrance and surrounding area)
Inspect /monitor attendance, punctuality and personal hygiene/sanitation as well as staff grooming of all staff.
Check show room regularly for maintenance related tasks and liaise with maintenance in-charge to get them fixed.
Ensure that all fixtures, features, equipments and machinery in the showroom are in good condition and working order.
Ensure that all displayed food item has the correct label and price tag in line with the system and presentable condition.
Make sure all display boards, posters and promotional materials are in place and in good condition.
Maintain the showroom according to the laid out company plan at all times.
Make your presence felt by being on the floor, checking/monitoring greeting, welcoming and service standards provided by
staff and lead by example.
Should be versed in all aspects of the products and services offered in the showroom.
Attend and resolved any customer related queries, concerns, complaints that may arise from time to time.
Act as reliever for off day/on leave or absent staff to ensure smooth operation at all times.
Prepare and follow-up the weekly/monthly chart daily orders from regular customers.
Prepare and follow-up the duty roster of showroom staff.
Maintain all implemented check lists for showrooms relating to cleaning, maintenance, stocks, receivables, dispatch and
returns. Maintain the stock inventory of the system to tally with sales end of the day and to get the accurate balance.
Check and monitor the Cashiers cum Sales girls are using their own log-in and password when they access to their
system.
Maintain all relevant records related to showroom functions including inventories, receivables, returns, damages
Make sure to obtain maximum customer feedback/survey forms and pass to the Manager for action.

Prerequisites:

o Overseas staffing and the day to day operation within the bakery
o Directs and coordinates activities involved with daily production, sale and distribution of bakery products.
o Determines variety and quantity of bakery products to be produced according to standard daily orders and sales
projections.
o Develops the budget for bakery operations, utilizing experience and knowledge of current market conditions.
o Directs sales activities, considering daily demand and following standard business practices.
o Plans product distribution to customers, and negotiates with suppliers to arrange the purchase and delivery of bakery
supplies.
o Manages tools and resources provided to derive the best results and productivity from the team.
o Produces reports and maintains reporting systems to relay critical information across the company and management.
o Follows laid down supply management system over production and monitoring system.
o Prepares and implements Monthly Work Plan of the bakery and compare achievements at the end of the month and report
to OM.
o Develop and maintain a proper customer database with all relevant details of existing customers.
o Implement an accurate system for customer orders to ensure that the customers get their right orders on time.
o Attend to customer complaints, comments and suggestions with regard to bakery products and services deal with them
efficiently and reports to management as deem necessary.
o Looking after Deliveries 7 Packing of Bakery Products.
o Coordinates with the Showroom Managers & External Customers.

Prerequisites: Overseeing all accounting functions, procurement, purchasing, auditing and accounts receivables
and payments.

Duties and responsibilities:


o Overseeing the smooth functioning of the Accounts Department and reporting to the Management.
o Developing and documenting business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal
controls and performing periodic checks.
o Compiling management and statutory financial statements and reports and maintaining consistency and
accuracy.
o Preparing and submitting the Annual Report and related documents required by statutory agencies.
o Ensuring the companys compliance with legal and tax regulations and the prompt payment of all statutory
dues.
o Managing and ensuring compliance with Banks, government reporting requirements and tax filings.
o Generating periodic financial reports, forecasts and management reports to present to the Management and
reporting variances.
o Preparing the annual budget in consultation with all departments and company outlets, implementing the
approved budget and driving the team to achieve the set targets.
o Advising in matters related to the companys financial investments.
o Overseeing cost control throughout the company and ensuring business profit margins are maintained.
o Error proofing, auditing and maintaining the companys financial accounts as per IFRS.
o Managing the working capital of the company.
o Engaging with auditors for the annual audit and taxation procedures.
o Assisting the HR Department in the preparation of the monthly payroll.
o Preparing TT Applications for international payments and following up on the status of shipments.
o Reconciliation of all P&L and BS accounts as per IFRS.
o Preparing monthly bank reconciliations for all bank accounts.
o Checking all GRNs with vendor invoice and PO approving.
o Verification of sales posting to the accounting system.
o Checking and approving all daily purchase orders.
o Overseeing the general ledger transactions.
o Maintaining the Fixed Asset Register.
o Following up with shipments and coordinating with relevant departments regarding orders.
o Managing all accounting operations including billing, A/R, A/P, GL, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting and
Revenue Recognition.
o Ensuring quality control of financial transactions and financial reporting.
Requirements
o Minimum 5 years working experience as a Chief Accountant in the food & beverage industry
o Degree in Accounting or related field from a recognized university
o Hands-on experience in shipping and logistics
o MBA or Chartered Accountant certification will be an added advantage
o Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
o Experience with creating financial statements
o Excellent accounting software and POS system administration skills
o Experience and skills in developing business proposals and feasibility studies for Banks and other institutions
