Eastern Washington University // Cheney, Washington

In 2012, BLRB was engaged by the Eastern Washington University Foundation for master planning and the design for the renovation and expansion of a
10,000-seat football stadium that will create an iconic campus entry and provide needed mixed use space that will support both students and the community.
The stadium will host home games for EWUs 2011 NCAA Division I champion football team and also features synthetic turf multipurpose fields and track
amenities. Perhaps the most unique element of this project is its integration of student support elements including the campus bookstore, Hall of Fame,
student support center and general use classrooms alongside streetfront commercial and retail space designed to attract local shops, businesses and
restaurants to the area.
