Armand Louie
-For him, the rank and file on a different departments and
handled the people well, so in return the people will do good
job, motivates the people so the company will be profitable.

Kristine Gale
-Based on her experienced she wants a leader that has a
sense of empathy, do not mandate people. She wants their
leader should be a good role model to them and doesnt
abandon people.

Ernest
- For him, his kind of leadership is, he wants to get things
done. Teamwork is their key ingredient. They trust their
person if they see it has a good potential. They dont set
qualification instead they support them. They set objectives
and based it on their outputs.

Al- John
- Based from his experienced way back in college, he
classified the different task and responsibilities to someone
whom he assigned with. You have to be approachable and not
intimidating to people.

Princess Dianne
- According to her; you have to be a good listener and
have faith in your people when youre leading, train them to
be the best that they could be.

Our kind of leader should have these qualities:

1.)Acknowledge effort and know how to acknowledge


2.) To set an example
3.) To motivate
4.) To Listen
5.) Take the risk
6.)Take the full responsibility
7.) Be open-minded
