distillery namely MIDAS GOLDEN DISTILLERIES PRIVATE LIMITED and thereby
promotes the MIDAS brand of liquor in and around Tamil Nadu.

Who actually Owns this MIDAS GOLDEN DISTILLERIES PRIVATE

LIMITED located at 2/207, Padappai Pushpagiri Road, Sirumathur Village,
SriPerumbudur Taluk, Kancheepuram Dt. 601 301?

Shockingly, MIDAS GOLDEN DISTILLERIES PRIVATE LIMITED IS

OWNED AND RUN BY THE CHIEF MINISTER OF TAMIL NADU Ms.
JAYALALITHA.

The matter of fact is the promotion of MIDAS brand of liquor by TASMAC helps
the ruling party and MIDAS GOLDEN DISTILLERIES PRIVATE LIMITED to
generate crores and crores of income every year.

MIDAS GOLDEN DISTILLERIES PRIVATE LIMITED, the major supplier to

TASMAC was indirectly owned by JayaLalitha Aide VK Sasikala brother's son-in-
law Dr Sivakumar and Karthikeyan Kaliyaperumal. MIDAS is currently
owned by Hot Wheels Engineering Private Limited and Signet Exports
Private Limited. (97% of share holdings together by VK Sasikala,
Illavarasi (VK Sasikala's Sister in law). Three days before VK Sasikala
was sent out from Poes Garden, Mr CHO SRINIVASAN RAMASWAMY
has been appointed as the DIRECTOR for a total of 9 companies
inclusive of Hot Wheels Engineering Private Limited and Signet Exports
Private Limited in 2011. This evidently proves VK Sasikala is a binamy
and MIDAS GOLDEN DISTILLERIES PRIVATE LIMITED IS OWNED BY
THE CHIEF MINISTER OF TAMIL NADU Ms. JAYALALITHA.

Why The Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu reluctant
for Implementation of Prohibition in the State?

The sufferings of Tamil Nadu citizens especially crores of Women and Children
has been falling on deaf ears since the Government of Tamil Nadu is actively
engaged in filling up the wallets of their partymen.

It is a sad truth that Government of Tamil Nadu is operating liquor shops and
opening new shops to generate income for the State and Jayalalitha aide VK
Sasikala's MIDAS GOLDEN DISTILLERIES PRIVATE LIMITED.
