AFFIDAVIT OF WITNESS

I, PABLO B. BENDO, of legal age, Filipino, married and a

resident of Zone 1, Lourdes, Iriga City, after having been duly
sworn to in accordance with law, depose and state that:

1. I was with Pedro Cruz on January 16, 2017;

2. That it was the birthday party of Antonios granddaughter

and that we were the ones who were asked to fix the rope
for the pukpok palayok game;

3. That Pedro and I were fooling around and pushing each other
while tying the rope;

4. That Raul Clave approached us and confronted Pedro to stop

messing around;

5. That Pablo and I did not mind about what Raul said and went
our separate ways after tying the rope;

6. That I was roaming around the house as the occasion was in

full swing;

7. That I noticed that Pedro was not around so, I looked for him
for some time;

8. That I was walking around back when Pedro rushed towards

me and told me to come with him to the far back of the
house as Juan was unconscious because Raul punched him;

9. That we went there and saw Juans body being carried to the
kubo and Raul was talking to Glen Galvez;
10. That since everyone was starting to leave, I decided to take Pedro
home to let him check on his wounds.
11. That Raul was there talking to Glenn Galvez;

12. That I executed this affidavit to attest the truthfulness of the

foregoing facts for whatever legal purpose it may serve.
