RE: REPORT# 91527, POWER RESTORATION DAMAGES

I am writing this letter needing your help with regards to my electrical

appliances that have been damaged after power restoration. The meter is in
Plot 61457/5 Maruapula under Namesto France. The items are as below:

1. RL40WG, Samsung refrigerator 400Liters

2. WA80G5, Fully automatic Washing Machine
3. ICF-DS11iP, Sony Personal Audio Docking System
4. DSTV Zappa Decoder

The listed appliances were working normal before the power outage, and
currently not powering on after restoration of power. Other appliances in
our house have not been affected by this incident. I have reported the
incident to customer service and have requested to lodge the concern to you
with report number 91527. Due to my daily need for these damaged
appliances, I cannot afford more days of waiting to get the items fixed or
otherwise replaced. Would you please help me as urgently as possible. If
you can it do today, I would appreciate your support, otherwise I will get the
items fixed and you will have to reimburse my funds.
