PROJECT ASSIGNMENT (40%)

The basic necessity of an entrepreneur is to decide upon a project. Success of any

business depends on the selection of right project. Thus project is the foundation for
any venture establishing yourself as a good entrepreneur depends mainly upon
choosing a good idea for project. Entrepreneur cannot succeed in this venture
without a good project.

In this project, you are required to describe and develop YOUR OWN business model
using Business Model Canvas. Business Model Canvas is a visual presentation of
how a business works to create value.

This simple tool can be described using nine basic building blocks. Mapping these
elements out on a pre-structured canvas helps you map. Discuss, and design your
venture.

PROJECT INSTRUCTION:

i) Choose your team member. The maximum is 5 persons in a group. Complete the
canvas for your business project and run the business at least for 3 DAYS. Prepare
a briefly report about the business. (Financial, Strategy, Personal)

Layout of the report:

i) Cover page
ii) Business Model Canvas
iii) Detail business financial (budget, sales day 1, sales day 2, sales day3)
iv) Detail business strategy ( product, price, market)
v) Detail business personal (customer segment, customer relationship)
vi) Profile picture of the business (product/ service, location, team member)

ii) Mark distribution:

Business Model Canvas 10%
Business report (content, formatting, completeness) 20%
Presentation 10%
