We can't simply lop off 27 to make it nice and clean.....segments are a group of operational miles they
were not intended to take bits and pieces so numbers fit nicely into a package.

Sorry...this is for VF. There are 187 Core CY08 VF miles, but we only need 160 to reach 300. Part of
the extra 27 buffer is to compensate for the 13 miles we are loosing to PF as part of the PF225 core
mileage. There's also a possibility that they may convert more VF for PF contingency miles (if they need
them) so this buffer is also to allow for that possibility.

We have to ID the 27 less priority miles of the 187. We have 187 light green miles on the map that we
will try to build 160 miles. Which are the priority miles?

We need OBP to ID the top 160 miles from an oprational perspective.

Are you asking about the 27 miles of CY08 above 300? Or the 56 miles of CY09 miles for VF?? The 27
would be within the light green, but they are not separate from the rest of the CY08 miles. Would be
easier to point out the core PF retrofit that we are compensating for??

I need general locations of those miles. Can you point out some of them that are within the light green
