(ii) Re-appointment/Appointment of Members to the Pilotage Authority

Note TR(15)13 was considered.

Cabinet noted the contents of the Executive Report of the Pilotage Authority for the
period October 1, 2013 to September 30, 2014, a copy of which was attached to the
Note.

Cabinet agreed:

(a) to grant covering approval for the re-appointment of the under-mentioned

persons as members of the Pilotage Authority from September 16, 2013 to
September 24, 2014, in accordance with the provisions of section 4(1) and (2)
of the Pilotage Act, Chap. 51:02 (Minute No. 246 of February 3, 2011 refers):
