Use the following:

- letter sized bond paper, bound and covered


- 1.2 in. left and 0.6 in. right margins
- font size of 12 in either Times New Roman, Tahoma or Arial
- single-spaced
- document shall be prepared in at least four (4) copies

The following shall be observed:

1. Project presentation shall be on the last week of February 2017.


2. Order of presentation shall be drawn by groups.
3. Time allotted for presentation per group shall be twenty (20) minutes and
another twenty (20) minutes for the question and answer.
4. All presentation facilities like computers and projectors shall already be
installed thirty (30) minutes before the scheduled time to avoid delay. Any
delay or late presentation shall mean a deduction in the points.
5. All presenters shall be in proper attire. Long-sleeved shirt with slacks for
men and modest dress with blazer for ladies. Denim pants, pedal pushers,
slippers and rubber shoes are not allowed.
6. Food for the panelists must be prepared by the group-presenters.
