Comments on Civil/Arch Demonstration

1. Glass/Faade
a. kindly provide details/specifications of all sealants used for
structural sealant for the glass (Dow corning 995 black color), for
ACP weather sealant (Dow corning 791 Grey color)
b. HMC to witness actual replacement of the damaged glass on site
(2 types) Noted, we will inform you once we replace the firemans
access glass maybe after 2 weeks from now.

2. Tensile Structure we are waiting for tensile measurement result

from our specialist including their maintenance recommendation.
We will update you accordingly.
a. HMC to be advised on the result of the tensile measurement
done by contractor b. Hyundai to provide maintenance
recommendation and maintenance history of the system

3. Door/Ironmongeries
a. kindly arrange demo on obermatic doors, exit doors (panic bars)
and sliding doors we will coordinate with your Engineers to include
this items in upcoming demonstration.

4. Motorized Blinds
a. kindly arrange demo on the access of motors on 3rd floor its
available at anytime to view & inspect at WH 3F

5. Stretched Fabric
a. HMC to witness actual removal and fixing of stretched fabric
ceiling due to replacement of busted light we will inform you once
our new lighting materials will arrive on site. we are waiting
expected delivery from supplier up to now.
