1) Order will be executed only after getting technically and commercially clear order with
advance
2) Delivery period depends on stock position and our production program and will be
confirmed by us on receipt of order
3) Terms of payment
30% along with order
60% on receipt of materials by client at their site
10% plus taxes on commissioning of equipmen
4) Sales tax as applicable extra. Present rate is vat 5%
5) Freight to be borne by you, which will be approximately Rs. 25 x distance of client from
Madurai in KM
6) You will carry out all civil works, provide necessary electrical power and water facilities
before delivery of equipment
7) You will make arrangements for unloading of equipment and placing in position at your
cost
8) You will provide hospitality for the erection crew free of cost
9) You will keep more than one staff and laboratory technician during erection and demo
and carry out maintenance as per manual
10) Any dispute will be under Madurai jurisdiction
