Condition of booking for usage any machinery or hoisting facilities

1. All subcontractors is required to submit their requisition form 48 hours in advance prior to usage of any
machineries or hoisting facilities.
2. CSCEC reserved the right to reduce or re-schedule of any machineries or hoisting facilities of any
machineries or hoisting facilities to accommodate the site requirement
3. CSCEC reserved the right to penalty or remove of any Site Personal from due to non-compliance of
safety regulation and non-compliance on site.
4. Charging of usage for any machineries or hoisting facilities is discretion of CSCEC or subject to
contractual obligation as stipulated in the contract.
