Project Title:
Comparative Financial Feasibility of a School or Hospital in Gujranwala

Objectives:
The primary objective of the project is to make an analysis of investment decision. This project
will give the brief idea regarding the investment decision by evaluating two options available.
These two investment options are either establishing a school or hospital. These options are
discussed with their type, working and returns. Through this project we will thoroughly analyze
the two options by considering various quantitative and qualitative factors.

To suggest a better investment decision, our objective regarding this project is not only to gain
knowledge through this practical work but also to suggest the better investment strategy. It will
enhance our learning process for practical life and for the understanding of the corporate sector.

Deliverables:
All works will be completed before March 2017 and following statements or documents will be
produce and delivered
