Important Activities :
1. Class seminars: The respective Departments are advised to schedule and conduct for their
students at least one in the Sem.
2. Guest lectures Technical: Two.
Personality development: Two.
3. Industrial tours: 2 Days Industrial visit.

4. Daily Tests:
The faculty members are directed to prepare question Bank with 12 questions from each
unit preferably from the previous JNTU exams and to conduct daily tests.
The question Bank prepared by the concerned subject faculty should submit to the
concerned HOD on or before 22.06.2016.
After completion of every unit HODs are directed to verify the daily tests record and
to initiate corrective measures if required.

Daily absentees report


Monthly attendance report
The faculty may be directed to enter the absentee numbers in the note book available with
CRs. The concerned department clerk will collect the information and prepare absentee
statement and the same may be displayed on the department notice board. The same copy may
be used by concerned class teacher for information and to control the absentees.
The following are the guidelines for the students to take leave:
If the student is unable to attend the college, he/she should submit a leave letter to the
class teacher before or on the day he/she turn up to the college.
For one day - Class teacher.
For 2 to 3 days - Concerned HOD.
3 days and above - Principal

STUDENT FEEDBACK: All the departments should take students feedback on faculty twice in
a semester preferably after the completion of 1st unit and after the completion of 5th unit. HOD may
submit the consolidate report of feedback to the Principal for corrective measures if necessary.
