About Interiors-pcg
Interiors-pcg LLC was established in 2010, as an
extension of Schiavello Project Solutions Middle
East (Foreign Branch Company) an Australian
managed Company offering a wealth of crea-
tivity, project management and technical ex-
pertise in the Middle East market. This is com-
bined with the skills of our workforce, to pro-
duce high quality projects, finished on time and
delivered in budget.
Simon Green is the Managing Director of Interi-
ors-pcg, and has been working in Dubai since
2004 as the UAE branch manager of the highly
successful Schiavello Group of Companies
based out of Melbourne Australia. Simon gradu-
ated from Middlesex University in 1983 majoring
in Interior Design, and he has been a practicing
planner and designer for the past 28 years.
Our business aims always to sit with our clients,
to manage our clients risk and oversee all as-
pects of the project design and project delivery
on our clients behalf. We work with prequali-
fied contractors and suppliers who recognize
that we demand high standards, and that our
success is their success. Our practical experi-
ence in this market allows us to understand the
risks and complexities of project delivery in this
region.
With a professional line-up of designers and pro-
ject controllers, we undertake both minor and
mid sized projects; up to twenty thousand sqft in
Turnkey delivery or unlimited areas as Design
Consultants and Project Managers. We deliver
projects throughout the UAE in a variety of de-
sign arenas; Commercial, Retail, Hospitality, Ex-
teriors and Residential. We insist on high stand-
ards of finish from our contractors and suppliers,
but always at a value driven price and we de-
liver our projects under recognized contractual
conditions.

Interiors-pcg offers a fully comprehensive de-
sign service from concept through to develop-
ment of working drawings and Authority Ap-
proval drawings. We strive to ensure all design
solutions provide functionality and epitomize a
Clients Brand. We firmly believe good design
stems from listening to a Clients requirements
and adapting these into a concept. If we feel a
Clients idea is unachievable or impractical, we
will provide a reasoned explanation as to why it
should be different and then we will let you
make up your mind.

Project Management
At Interiors-pcg we acknowledge that our pro-
jects are only as good as the team behind
them, so we have developed a strong line-up
of Construction Managers and Site Managers
reporting to our Snr. Project Manager who col-
lectively afford the required time management
to each and every project.
Our Project team ensures quality is delivered
every time across all our projects, they are per-
manently available for Clients and are able to
provide an update on progress on any project
at any given time such is our knowledge and
understanding of each project. We personally
oversee all our building works. From day one on
site, our Project Management teams control the
entire process of the build and constantly liaise
with the Client and Contractors to ensure the
smooth running and continuity of the site
Our Project Management services are inclusive
within our prices for full turnkey projects but can
also be contracted separately should you need
a professional, high quality finish and timely
management of a third party.

Project Tendering and Assessments
As part of our procedures Interiors-pcg will de-
sign to the original CAPEX budget, and in addi-
tion go to the market and tender any project to
prequalified contractors for the Civil and MEP
works. This process is a transparent exercise
where our clients are able to become fully in-
volved in the tender process and where sealed
tender bids are presented to our clients. The ten-
ders are also scrutinized against the BOQ to en-
sure all items are covered in the bids and our
weighed reports are presented back to our cli-
ents for final selection of the preferred contrac-
tor and from which a FIDIC contract is drawn up
between the client and the preferred contrac-
tor.
During the tendering period, Interiors-pcg ac-
tively proceed with the Authority Approvals pro-
cedure in order to maximize our advantages on
the project timeline and to ensure the project
proceeds onto the construction phase as quickly
as possible once the tenders is awarded.

Authority Approvals
Interiors-pcg is regesterd with the main Au-
thorities within Dubai to submit projects for
Civil Defense and Governing Authority ap-
provals in order to obtain the required Per-
mit to Work under Interiors-pcg, and through
this procedure Interiors-pcg are able to en-
sure full control of the overall project and
management of the Contractors on behalf of
our Clients.

Project Delivery
The execution of building work is a very im-
portant discipline in our business profile and
consequently we ensure the quality of the end
product is monitored very closely. This is
achieved through careful planning before start-
ing on site and meticulous supervision once the
works are underway. Also it is important our
contractors and suppliers ( local or offshore )
appreciate our delivery expectations and these
have been developed and nurtured over
the last 10 years. Thus, if we have tight time
schedules or unusual requirements to meet, we
can confidently make commitments to our Cli-
ents against these.
