TERMS & CONDITIONS

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

The purchase of any travel services offered by AIR YOU GO TRAVELS PHILIPPINES CO. constitutes a contractual arrangement
between you and the company, and represents your acceptance of the Companys Terms & Conditions set out herein. Please
ensure that you read carefully and understand these Terms & Conditions prior to booking. You are advised to request the latest
version of the Terms & Conditions from your Air You Go Travels Philippines Co. prior to booking your vacation.

Product Purchase:
Each deal has its own validity, be sure to check the validity period for each promo; any purchased vouchers redeemed after the
validity period is considered Null and Void and are non-refundable.
All Vouchers are not valid during peak days, special/regular/public holidays, fairs and conventions.
One voucher is good for 1 person with a minimum number of vouchers needed to avail the promo rate, failure to comply leads to
additional charges.
HOTELS/ROOMS AND FLIGHTS ARE ALWAYS SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY
Free Airport and Tour Transfer Services are on a Seat-In-Coach basis, specified time for pick-up and drop-off is strictly
observed
Advance booking is required
Four (4) travel date options should be provided in order to be eligible for refund
No refund/rebooking once booked and confirmed
Voucher is transferable and can be given as gift to family or friends given that the booking/reservation is not yet confirmed.
Buy as many vouchers as you want
Price is inclusive of taxes and surcharges of Air You Go Travels Philippines Co.
Rates are based on existing lowest-priced service for every inclusions stated, considering possible and mandated discounts.
Vouchers cannot be purchased in conjunction with third-party certificates or coupons, and other mandated government
discounts (e.g. Senior Citizen and/or PWD discounts)

Price Policy:
All package rates are based on rates known at the time of publication and expected to be in effect at the time of travel. Package
rates are per person. Air You Go Travels Philippines Co. practices a "No Hidden Charge" policy.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice, subject to the guarantees set forth below.

Payment:
A non-refundable and non-transferable full payment of the total package is required for Air You Go Travels Philippines Co. to
process the reservation for you. Air You Go Travels Philippines Co. accepts cash, checks, and credit cards. Your booking is not
confirmed and payment is not deemed made until the payment is received by Air You Go Travels Philippines and you receive a
statement invoice. Your reservation will likewise be automatically cancelled if the payment required is not received within the
specific period and Air You Go Travels Philippines Co. reserves the right to apply cancellation charges if necessary. Price is
guaranteed upon receipt of payment.

Please review and verify your booking invoice thoroughly and contact Air You Go Travels Philippines Co. immediately if your
invoice appears to be incorrect or incomplete, as it may not be possible to make changes later. Air You Go Travels Philippines Co.
cannot accept responsibility if we are not notified of inaccuracies within 5 days of sending out the invoice. In the case of billing
errors, Air You Go Travels Philippines Co. reserves the right to re-invoice you with correct pricing.

Air You Go Travels Philippines Co. is not responsible for cancelled land and/or air reservations in the event payment is not
received. Payment in full is required at time of booking for reservations made within the final payment date of your tour package.

Air Arrangements:
All carriers are independent operators and are not owned, managed or operated by Air You Go Travels Philippines Co. Your airline
ticket is a contract between you and the air carrier only, even if you purchased it through Air You Go Travels Philippines Co. By
purchasing your air services through Air You Go Travels Philippines Co., you will not hold Air You Go Travels Philippines Co. liable
for any changes, disruptions, cancellations, etc. concerning the air services you availed.

All Airlines have differing rules and policies regarding schedule changes. Due to the operational needs of each airline, they often
make changes to the flights that they are currently operating. Often these changes are a prediction of travel needs for future dates
but can also reflect same day changes. Types of changes could be: flight number changes, time changes, routing, date changes
and or cancellations. Air You Go Travels Philippines Co. is not responsible if an airline cancels, reschedules, or delays a flight for
any reason. If you purchased air through Air You Go Travels Philippines Co., we will try to assist in making new arrangements
providing you have not yet checked in with your airline for your first flight segment. Please be aware airline fees often apply for
modifications to air schedules not related to airline imposed flight cancellations, reschedules or delays. These fees will be payable
to the airline directly at time of request. If you miss your departure flight or connection, it is your responsibility to work with the
airline on which you are ticketed to reach your destination.

No refunds will be provided by Air You Go Travels Philippines Co. for portions of trips missed due to canceled, rescheduled or
delayed flights or if passenger is not permitted by the Immigration Consulate to travel after airport check-in, nor is Air You Go
Travels Philippines Co. responsible for any additional expenses you may incur prior to joining your trip if you miss your departure
flight or flight connection.

Air You Go Travels Philippines Co. will make every attempt to notify the customer of any schedule changes. It is always best to
contact the airline to reconfirm you flights within 72 hours of departure. If an airline has a change to any of its flights and such
changes are within a 4 hour period of your original flight times, we will notify you of such change by email/phone. We will attempt to
contact you; however, due to limiting reasons such as but not limited to beyond office hours, we are unable to get in touch with you
regarding such changes. It is always important for the customer to reconfirm their flights with the airlines 24 to 72 hours prior to
departure, especially if they are already traveling. Customers should periodically check emails or keep their phone lines open for
updates regarding flight schedules and respond in a timely manner.

If you make your own flight arrangements, Air You Go Travels Philippines Co. will not be responsible for any loss resulting from
cancellation or changes in international gateways, itineraries or travel dates. We recommend that you do not purchase airline
tickets with high penalty charges for changes.

Baggage Allowance:
If you purchased air through Air You Go Travels Philippines Co., our package is exclusive of baggage allowance unless
indicated/requested; you will have to pay it at the airport upon check-in.

Frequent Flyer Reward Programs:


Please note that Frequent Flyer mileage accrual is at the discretion of the airline(s) and is not always granted for airfare purchased
through Air You Go Travels Philippines Co. You will need to contact the airline(s) directly for information on Frequent Flyer
Programs and any applicable reward mile accrual. Air You Go Travels Philippines Co. cannot assist with this process. Cancellation
penalties, as noted above, will apply to all airfare, regardless of accrual grants. Please take this into consideration before
purchasing an airline ticket.

Hotels, Accommodations & Transportation:


The hotel partners of Air You Go Travels Philippines Co. are intended to be used on all departures; however hotels are not
guaranteed. Air You Go Travels Philippines Co. reserves the right to substitute other hotels than those listed on the itinerary pages.
If a change becomes necessary for any reason, including alternate hotels for additional departures on the same date, or hotel
location changes within or outside itinerary cities, the hotel substituted will be of equivalent or higher quality, when available, to
those shown. No refunds are provided for hotel changes; full cancellation penalties may apply.

Security deposits or commonly known as Incidental charges may be collected by the Hotel upon check-in and please note that
check-in times vary worldwide; Air You Go Travels Philippines Co. cannot control or guarantee check-in times.

Travel Itinerary:
Itineraries are always subject to change without prior notice which may be brought about by force majeure, government mandated
changes, weather conditions, flight changes, and the like. Air You Go Travels Philippines Co. is not responsible for any last minute
itinerary change/revision impulse by the tour operator for whatever reason they may have.

Sightseeing tours, Recreational Park visit and/or Famous Landmarks/Tourist Spot visits are provided by a separate service
provider. In the event that a Tour operator is canceling a portion of your Travel Package, we will, at your request, try to obtain
alternative arrangements, however, we will not be responsible for the performance of the Travel Supplier and/or for the
reimbursement of money paid by you (and/or any incidental or consequential or other damages) if the Travel Supplier fails to
perform its obligations. We accept no responsibility for information supplied to us by third parties.

During local or national holidays or special events, peak seasons, on Sundays, and during religious occasions, certain facilities
such as museums, churches, restaurants, sightseeing tours, hotels, and shopping may be limited or not available. Alternatives will
be offered whenever possible. Air You Go Travels Philippines cannot be held responsible for any closures, necessary itinerary
changes or curtails for any reason.

Tours are conducted based on group arrangements thus specified time of pick-up/drop-off is strictly observed and delays may be
experienced unless stated otherwise.

Travel Documents:
Passenger Travel Documents (e-ticket, itineraries, and vouchers) are sent through email or pick-up provided full invoice payment
has been received. Other documents needed for travel, should be on own arrangement.

If you are a government employee, you are required to secure a Travel Order from your Head Office or Office of the President
before travelling abroad.

If you are a DOST Scholar, you need to secure a certification or a clearance from DOST before travelling abroad.

For expectant mothers or pregnant women, you must advise of the progress upon booking and at the time of check-in; pregnancy
of 24 weeks to below 34 weeks need to secure a Fit-to-Travel clearance from the OB Gyne and need to fill-up the special handling
form upon check-in. The airline does not accept the carriage of expectant mothers with age of gestation 34 weeks and beyond.

Travelers with Medical Condition; Persons with Disabilities and Persons with Reduced Mobility need to secure a fit-to-travel from
attending physician and at least have an able person to accompany for travel.

Visas & Passports:


You are responsible for obtaining and paying for all visas and entry documents, for meeting all health and other requirements, and
for any documents required by the laws, regulations, orders, and/or requirements of the countries you will visit. Visa and entry
documents must be obtained independently. Air You Go Travels Philippines Co. is not responsible for providing you with specific
visa and passport information or documentation, for any fees associated with obtaining these documents, and Air You Go Travels
Philippines Co. cannot accept liability for any passenger refused entry onto any transport or into any country due to failure of the
passenger to carry correct documentation.

All passengers traveling internationally are required to have a passport. Most countries require that the passport be valid for at least
six (6) months beyond the conclusion of your trip. It is recommended you have a minimum of three blank pages in your passport
when traveling, as many countries require blank pages. Multiple-entry visas are required for some destinations. It is your
responsibility to verify all visa and passport requirements. The process of obtaining a visa and/or passport can take up to three
months or more.

For Passport Processing handled by Air You Go Travels Philippines Co., the company shall not be responsible in any manner for
the delay on the part of the concerned office (DFA, Department of Foreign Affairs) in processing your passport.

For Visa processing handled by Air You Go Travels Philippines Co. main responsibility is to assist but have no role whatsoever in
the assessment of a visa application, which is the sole prerogative of the Visa Section of whichever Embassy the Visa is applied
for. The company cannot guarantee instant approval for it depends on your financial capability, credit history and the like and will
not in any manner be liable or responsible for any delay in the processing or rejection of any visa applications, once the documents
have been delivered for processing.

Government Fees:
All rates are non-inclusive of government fees such as Philippine travel tax for international packages, international and domestic
terminal fees set forth on selected airports and on some domestic airlines, environmental fees and other government fees
implemented on selected destinations. You are responsible to pay for such charges/fees.

Other Fees:
Fees associated during tours such as mandatory tipping fees, souvenir fees, and other tour associated fees are not included on all
packages sold by Air You Go Travels Philippines Co. The company is not held liable for any collected/solicited fees during the tour
not listed on the inclusions of the package sold. Air You Go Travels Philippines Co. makes sure to provide the information regarding
necessary fees to be collected during the trip. Any other fees or gratuities solicited from guests during the trip are of guest's
discretion.

Booking Cancellations & Cancellation Fees:
If a booking cancellation is received by Air You Go Travels Philippines Co. prior to the date of travel, your non-refundable deposit
will be retained and cancellation fees will apply.

Air You Go Travels Philippines Co. reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any vacation departure for any reason, including
insufficient demand or force majeure.

In the event of natural phenomenon, force majeure, or mandated government cancellations, leading to cancellation of flights or trips
into the preferred destination, guests may not be entitled to a refund but may be able to move their booking to a later date
depending on Hotel/Pension/Resort room availability., Air You Go Travels Philippines Co.s only responsibility will be is to try to
rebook the same reservation with a different departure date, or a similar vacation but there is no guarantee of availability of offering.
For air-inclusive packages, Air You Go Travels Philippines Co. will try to confirm air schedules for the selected new dates, subject
to availability. Air You Go Travels Philippines Co. cannot assume responsibility for any additional costs or any fees relating to the
issuance and/or cancellation of air tickets or other travel arrangements not made through Air You Go Travels Philippines Co.

Revisions and Revision Fees:


Necessary charges may apply per person for any revision made to the confirmed reservation unless the change increases the
value of booking.

Name changes are strictly prohibited. Air You Go Travels Philippines Co. is not responsible for incorrect passenger information
(Name, Title, Age, Date of Birth and Passport Details) provided by the person who made the reservation.

Confirmed reservations are non-transferable, change to another name and/or destination is not permitted.

Refunds:
There are NO REFUNDS for unused transport, hotels and tours. In case you have to withdraw from tour after it has begun due to
medical reasons, we regret that we will not be able to make any refund for absences from the tour.

Participation:
For the benefit of everyone on your vacation, Air You Go Travels Philippines Co. reserves the right to accept or reject any vacation
participant and to remove any participant whose conduct is deemed incompatible with the interests of the other participants. Air You
Go Travels Philippines Co. will not refund or cover any cost or expenses incurred for termination of vacation arrangements due to
unacceptable behavior.

Travelers Who Need Special Assistance On Tours (Disabled, Elderly, Expectant Mothers, etc):
You must report any disability requiring special attention to Air You Go Travels Philippines Co. at the time the reservation is made.
Air You Go Travels Philippines Co. will make reasonable attempts to accommodate the special needs of travelers needing special
assistance, but is not responsible in the event it is unable to do so nor responsible for any denial of services by air carriers, hotels,
restaurants, or other independent suppliers. Air You Go Travels Philippines Co. cannot provide individual assistance to a guest for
walking, dining, getting on and off transport vehicles, or other personal needs. Air You Go Travels Philippines Co. strongly
recommends a qualified and physically able companion must accompany travelers who need such assistance. All travelers with Air
You Go Travels Philippines Co. are subject to the Participation clause above.

Not all sightseeing stops/sites accommodate wheelchairs and some locations and sightseeing activities require extensive standing,
sitting or walking, sometimes on unpaved or cobblestone streets. Air You Go Travels Philippines Co. is not responsible for any
missed activities due to a participant's inability to participate with the group.

Young Travelers:
Travelers who are under 18 years old on the departure date must be declared upon reservation and should be accompanied by an
adult (a parent or a guardian with financial support to the minor) all throughout the vacation. Otherwise, young traveler need to
secure a Travel Clearance on own arrangement, and may call their respective Social Welfare office to secure such document.

Legal Guardians, Single parents or either of the parents accompanying the young traveler need to secure the proper documents
needed for travel on own arrangement.

Young traveller discounts apply to Air You Go Travels Philippines Co., to receive the young traveler's discount, the age of the
young traveler entitled for discount differ per destination and must qualify at commencement of services depending on the travel
package availed.

Infants less than sixteen (16) days old are not permitted to travel.

Safety:
Please be aware that during your participation in vacations booked by Air You Go Travels Philippines Co., certain risks and
dangers may arise beyond our control, including but not limited to: the hazards of traveling in undeveloped areas; travel by boat,
train, automobile, aircraft, or other means of transportation; forces of nature; political unrest; acts of lawlessness or terrorism; and
accident or illness in remote regions without means of rapid evacuation or medical facilities. Air You Go Travels Philippines Co. will
not have liability regarding provision of medical care or the adequacy of any care that may be rendered. While Air You Go Travels
Philippines Co. will use its best efforts to ensure that adequate measures are taken, by agreeing to participate in a vacation and/or
optional excursions you agree that you will hold Air You Go Travels Philippines Co. harmless regarding any provision of medic al
care or the adequacy of any care rendered. Air You Go Travels Philippines Co. is not responsible for such risks and dangers that
may arise beyond our control. Payment indicates you accept these risks and dangers and agree to hold Air You Go Travels
Philippines Co. harmless for such.

Optional Excursions & Activities:


Optional activities and excursions ("the Services") that are provided by local operators or other third parties that are entirely
independent of Air You Go Travels Philippines Co. and do not form any part of the product or services sold to you by Air You Go
Travels Philippines Co. or of these Terms & Conditions, even where Air You Go Travels Philippines Co. suggests particular
operators/other third parties and/or assists you in booking such optional activities or excursions. Your contract for such Services will
be with the organizer or operator of that Service and will be subject to its Terms & Conditions, which may contain exclusions or
limitations of liability. Air You Go Travels Philippines Co. has no liability for any such optional activity or excursion or for any act(s)
or omission(s) of the organizer or operator or for any of its employees or agents or any other person(s) connected with the optional
activity or excursion. All Excursions and/or Activities should be declared consulted

Any advice or assistance on or with any Service provided by any local representative does not mean or imply that the Service is
sold, supervised, or controlled by Air You Go Travels Philippines Co. or that any such advice or assistance is given on behal f of Air
You Go Travels Philippines Co. Vacation participants are asked to check with the operator of any optional activity or excursion and
the applicable Terms & Conditions before booking. For operational reasons, not all optional excursions listed in the tour itinerary,
published online or in travel documents may be available during your vacation.

Any intent of availing an optional activity or excursion to be/have been booked separately from Air You Go Travels Philippines Co.
should be stated or declared so that the best time to have them can be advised. Itineraries provided by Air You Go Travels
Philippines Co. are always subject to necessary changes because of factors such as but not limited to lesser number of persons
required to run the tour, cancellations, bad weather, force majeure, labor strikes, etc. These changes may affect other tours and
excursions separately booked without the knowledge of Air You Go Travels Philippines Co. Any liabilities whatsoever shall not be
made imposable upon Air You Go Travels Philippines Co. in the event that guests will not be able to advise us of their intent to
book other optional activities or excursions.

Responsibility:
Air You Go Travels Philippines Co., located at Unit 8. Benley Building, J. de Veyra St. North Reclamation Area, Cebu City,
Philippines, is an independent company licensed to market and distribute travel products and arrange for the vacation services
offered on the web site or on any social media. Air You Go Travels Philippines Co. makes arrangements with third-party vendors for
tour and package services and accommodations, including air transportation, lodging, and car rental (each a "Travel Supplier"). Air
carriers, accommodations, and other suppliers (including but not limited to trains, cruises, ferries, motorcoaches, hotels, and
restaurants) providing services are independent contractors and are not agents, employees, servants, or joint venturers of Air You
Go Travels Philipiines Co. or its affiliates. All certificates and other travel documents for services issued by Air You Go Travels
Philippines Co. are subject to the Terms & Conditions specified by the supplier, which are available upon request, and to the laws
of the countries in which the services are supplied. By using our services, the customer waives any claim against Air You Go
Travels Philippines Co., its subsidiaries or affiliates, and any of such party's officers, directors, agents, contractors, or employees,
and expressly agrees that neither Air You Go Travels Philippines Co. nor any of its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors,
agents, contractors or employees, shall be held liable for:
a) Any loss of or damage to property or injury to any person caused by reason of any defect, negligence, or other wrongful act of
omission of, or any failure of performance of any kind by any other transportation company, vendor, or supplier;
b) Any inconvenience, loss of enjoyment, mental distress or other similar matter;
c) Any delayed departure, missed connections, substitutions of accommodations, terminations of service, or changes in fares and
rates;
d) Any cancellation or double booking of reservations or tickets beyond the reasonable control of Air You Go Travels Philippi nes
Co.;
e) Any claim of any nature arising out of or in connection with air or other transportation, services, or other features performed or
occurring in connection with any package component; and
f.) Any products or goods bought while on travel deemed fake and not authentic. We encourage our customers to be cautious and
to shop wisely.

Go Travels Philippines Co. serves the right to post such pictures in the companys website or any social media. Failure to provide a
photo will nullify the 5% discount you are eligible for on your next booking.
