Board of Directors
Chairman of the Board, Ramkrishan P. Hinduja is a graduate of the Wharton School of Business,
University of Pennsylvania. He has held various roles in the Hinduja Group for over 20 years, leading
the incubation of start-ups, executing and integrating acquisitions, and managing turnarounds
across more than two dozen companies. These span diverse industries ranging from a successful
downstream oil distribution business, a leading merchant bank, a GSM telecom business that has
grown to become one of the two leading telecom companies in India, a leading Cable MSO business
and Business Process Management company, which together employ about 30,000 people.
Mr. Starting his career as an analyst and then an auditor in Geneva, Switzerland, Mr. Hinduja is now
Ramkrishan based in New York. Within the Hinduja Group, his current responsibilities include a geographical
P. Hinduja role as Regional Chairman for the Americas as well as a sectoral role heading the Technology, Media
& Telecom portfolio for the Group. He holds board and committee positions at several Hinduja
Group companies and non-profit organizations across diverse industry portfolios ranging from
financial services, oil & specialty chemicals, power & energy and health care.

Ms. Shanu S.P. Hinduja, a senior member of the Hindujas, joins HGS as Co-Chairperson. She is also a
board member of Hinduja Bank Switzerland Ltd. She upholds the rich legacy of the family and
invigorates the Group with an intuitive yet grounded approach.
She graduated in finance and economics and started a career at Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley and
Nomura gaining experience in portfolio and asset management. She has a wealth of experience and
exposure across the Group's ten sectors, amongst them banking, trading and healthcare. With this
experience, her role as Senior Advisor on future strategy and expansion to the Hinduja Group's
Chairman, Mr. Srichand P Hinduja, has been of special significance.
Her primary responsibility is to continue the legacy of the Group's Founder, Parmanand D. Hinduja
Ms. Shanu S.P. and develop the Group Chairman's vision to improve healthcare and education. These include
supporting the Duke of Edinburgh's Award providing Hinduja Scholarships at Cambridge University
Hinduja and Massachusetts General Hospital.
Ms. Hinduja has pioneered the Foundation's work with the Environment, with support as a founding
member of the Prince Albert II of Monaco Foundation.
In 2012, Shanu S.P. Hinduja led two important causes, the establishment of the Dharam Srichand
P. Hinduja Fund for Complementary Medicine at Columbia University, inaugurated by Prince Albert
II of Monaco, and sponsorship of the CleanEquity conference in Monaco.
Like the Founder's mother Pahunchbai Hinduja, Shanu S.P. is a spiritual person, whose passion is
women's rights, t writing and philanthropy. Her life's mission brings a fresh approach to the Hinduja
Group by addressing global issues including the environment and creating awareness of sustainable
human living.
She will dedicate her efforts to preserve and enhance the wealth for the Group and increase its
contribution to society.
Shanu S.P. is the eldest child of Sareeta and Srichand and has two children Karam and Lavanya
Hinduja.

Ms. Vinoo Hinduja, is a B.A. in Business Administration from Richmond College, England, and holds
a Diploma in Health Policy and Management from John Hopkins University, US A. She held various
senior positions in multinational conglomerate. She received training in (1) The Cromwell Hospital,
London (2) Credit Sussie Bank, Geneva (3) Chase Manhattan Bank, London, in such areas as Hospital
Administration and Management as well as Banking and Finance.

Mr. Anil Harish is a B.A., LL.B., LL.M. (USA). An Advocate, Mr. Anil Harish is a partner of D.M. Harish
& Co., a well-known firm of advocates and possesses over 30 years experience in legal practice,
specializing in Income Tax, FEMAand property matters. A Director of several companies, Mr. Anil
Harish is also a former Managing Committee Member of the Income-Tax Appellate Tribunal Bar
Association and a former Managing Council Member of the Chamber of Income-tax Consultants.
Mr. Anil Harish is member of several Committees of the Society of Indian Law Firms (SILFs) and has
written several articles for various publications.

Mr. Rajendra Chitale is a Commerce and Law Graduate and Fellow Member of The Institute of
Chartered Accountants of India and on the Board of several Companies. Mr. Chitale is a Managing
Partner of M.P. Chitale & Associates (India's only boutique full financial structuring legal and Tax
Firm) and M.P.Chitale & Co. (one of the India's leading Accounting and Consulting Firms) and a
Member of Insurance Advisory Committee (IRDA) and Advisory Committee on Regulations
(Competition Commission of India). In the past, Mr. Chitale has served as a Member of High Power
Committee Constituted in November 1998 to advise on restructuring of Unit Scheme 64, Takeover
Mr. Rajendra Panel (SEBI), Company Law Advisory Committee (Government of India), Maharashtra Board for
Restructuring State Enterprises, Investor Education & Protection Fund, Advisory Group of

in the past as Director of Life Insurance Corporation of India, Unit Trust of India, Small Industries

Chitale also authored an acclaimed treatise on interest-tax titled The Interest-tax Act, 1974-Law &
Practice.

Mr. Rangan Mohan is a B.Tech Chemical Engineer from the University of Madras in India and is a
Post Graduate in Management Studies from the prestigious Indian Institute of Management,
Ahmedabad amongst the most well known Business Schools in Asia. Mr. Mohan started his career
with CMC Ltd. and then moved to Wipro Infotech Ltd. before joining Mphasis BFL. Thereafter, Mr.
Mohan was the CEO of Global H Software Ltd. Subsequently, Mr. Mohan held the position of
'President and CEO' of IT division of Hinduja TMT Ltd. Mr. Mohan is currently on the Boards of
several IT Companies and advising them in their growth strategies. These include Companies
Mr. Rangan engaged in Enterprise Services Management, audio/video embedded software development and
Mohan Business Intelligence. Mr. Mohan is active in several associations such as NASSCOM - the National
Association of Software Companies, CSI the Computer Society of India and ESC the Society for
Export of Software from India. He is a working member of the IT Committee of the Confederation of
Indian lndustry and is a well-respected speaker in several forums such as national and regional level
seminars, educational institutions.

Yashodhan Madhusudan Kale (Mr. Kale), is FCA (England and Wales), a former President of ICAI
(1995-96) and was a Member of the International Accounting Standards Board (formerly called
IASC) as India representative. Mr. Kale has considerable experience and expertise in professional
areas including Corporate Governance, Accounting, Auditing and Corporate Laws.
Mr. Kale is the Group President - Corporate Governance & Development of Hinduja Group Limited
for over thirteen years. He is currently a Director of IndusInd Bank Limited and a Member of its
Audit Committee. He was a Director of reputed listed and other companies within and outside the
Mr. Yashodhan Hinduja Group.

Mr. Kale was a Member of several committees appointed by the Government, Regulatory bodies
Kale and Chamber of Commerce, viz. RBI, NSE, SEBI, Bombay Chamber of Commerce and Industry, etc.

Mr. Pradeep Mukerjee is Bachelor of Sciences in Physics, IIT- Kharagpur and holds a Masters degree
in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai.
He is also a Professional Certified Coach certified by the International Federation of Coaches, USA.
Mr. Mukerjee has held top management positions in reputed organizations. He has over 31 years of
rich corporate experience in India and overseas and has led human resources function for many
years. He advises and provides consultancy services to organizations on people matters and
coaches leaders and senior executives.
