June 20, 2012 - Watching Sir Arian demonstrating how to

connect of headset in Amp and teach us the
settings of the amp.
Watching video about on User Accounts and
receiving calls.
Check one Agents PC what was the problem of her
monitor and Sir Arian teach us the setting on
Desktop on Dual Monitor if the Monitor problem
is DVI no signal.

June 21, 2012 - Receiving calls and connect and testing

headset to the amp if the headset is working.

Install IE 8 using VNC software and harnessing

power cable, network cable, mouse and keyboard.

June 22, 2012 - Accepting calls and test if the amp is

working.

June 25, 2012 - Sir Kurt from Manila teaches us how to

install Windows Server 2008.
I receiving calls and connecting amp in Dish
Floor.

June 26, 2012 - Receiving calls.

Connecting of RJ 11 spiral cord from hard phone
to amp.

June 27, 2012 - Checking the UD Cable or the Coiled Smart

Cord if it is working and connecting the Smart
Cord in the amp and headset in the Dish Floor.

June 28, 2012 - Putting amp in the Dish Floor and testing if
the amp is working. Troubleshooting PC and
receiving calls from the Dish. Teach me how to
log-in in local PC in Dish Floor.

June 29, 2012 - Test amp is working and Receive calls.

Connect mouse and connect amp in Dish.

June 30, 2012 - Test amp is working and connects the amp in
Dish. Lock the Smart Cord the amp into and the
Spiral Cord into the Hard phone using the Tie
Lock.

July 2, 2012 - Test amp, connect and change amp in Dish.

Receiving calls and Maam Roxanne teach me if the
agent cannot log-in into his/her NT log-in
account. Maam Roxanne remote her PC using agents
PC in Dish to reset his/her password.

July 3, 2012 - Test amp and connect amp in Dish. Receiving

calls. Removing KVM switch and separate Pal and
Teleflora system unit and set-up the Pals unit
connection.

July 4, 2012 - Receiving calls and test amp if it is working

and connects it to the dish. Locking the amp and
the headset to avoid agents to remove or change it
in Dish and cutting tie lock if amp is lacking.
Log-in the LILO Local Workstation.

July 5, 2012 - Receiving calls. Test amp, headsets, spiral

and smart cord if it is working. Connect and
change amp in Dish. Log-in to LILO Workstation
Layout. Connect and change mouse in Dish. Open the
hard phone and change the button of hard phone.

July 6, 2012 - Test and connect amp in Dish. Receiving

calls. Remove the cables in system unit and put in
to the next pod and then connect the cables and
the hard phone also remove and its network cable.
Connect IP phone and set and check if the IP phone
address of the hard phone is correct.

July 7, 2012 - Receiving calls. Test amp, spiral, and smart

cord if it is working and connect it in Dish. Fix
and reconnect the power cable and VGA cable in
one monitor in Dish.

July 9, 2012 - Maam Roxanne demonstrated to me and my co

trainees about the Avaya Call Management System
(CMS).
Change and put in mouse in Dish. Checking and
connect amp
in Dish. Receiving calls. Checked if Bluezone was
installed
for Swiss Colony and activate the ActiveX to use
the Bluezone and if not yet installed, using Maam
Roxanne
account you can install the Swiss Colony and then
restart to complete the installation using the
Swiss Account. And make the Swiss Colony the
homepage. Deploying USB amp and check the setting
of the microphone.

July 10, 2012 - Maam Raiza taught me and my co-trainees how

to image or cloning and with the use of KVM
process to image 3 system units in 1 monitor for
faster imaging. Maam Raiza let us perform the
imaging by ourselves. Test and connect amp and set
monitor for brightness. Check if ones PC has an
Avaya Soft Phone shortcut for Swiss Colony and if
not enter Maam Roxanne Account we create shortcut
for the Avaya Soft Phone. Deploying in ones POD
has no UPS on the expansion in Dish.

July 11, 2012 - Setting up Dual Monitor in one System Unit

by using the Crow-Cord that connecting in power
supply to get power and DVI to connect in primary
unit and the VGA for secondary unit. Test amp,
change and connect it in Dish.

July 12, 2012 - Attending HP Seminar. Test amp and connect

it in Dish Floor.

July 13, 2012 - Testing, change and connect amp in Dish.
Receiving calls. Replace keyboard and mouse in
Dish Floor.

July 14, 2012 - Test amp, spiral, headset, and smart cord if
it working. Change and connect amp in Dish. Change
the button of the amp. Receiving calls.

July 16, 2012 - Receive calls. Test amp in IT Dept. before

going down in Dish and replace and connect it.
Change mouse.

July 17, 2012 - Test, change and connect amp in Dish. Change
keyboard and receive calls.

July 18, 2012 - I receive calls and change keyboard and

mouse in Yankees Training Room that not working
and check UPS also in Yankees if all the UPS are
working or not and see if the UPS is blinking and
if it is relay it. Check if all the units have
their UPS, if not direct it to the power. Test
spiral cord for the hard phone if it is working.

July 19, 2012 - Test amp and connect. Troubleshoot amp and
receive call. Test headset if it is working.

July 20, 2012 - Received calls. Before we remove the IP

Phone we check first the IP Address of the Hard
phone so that we easily locate for the transfer
and it has already designated POD to put and
release the IP address in PC. Remove IP Phone or
Hard phone in every PODs in PAL and then transfer
it another cluster designated for the hard phone
in the new PC that we image last few weeks. After
finished transfer you configure the IP Phone IP
address and after configure check if the
applications use for the PAL is connected if it is
ready to use and install updates for JAVA. All was
settled I harness all the cable and lock it with a
cable tie.

July 21, 2012 - Troubleshoot amp and then connect it in
Dish. Receiving calls and turn-off system units in
PAL so that we can remove in 4 hours and then
after that we pull-out units that do not have hard
phone because their hard phone we already remove
it and put in the stock room. Test amp and connect
in Dish who has requesting for it.

July 23, 2012 - Getting the IP Address of PC in Stargazer.

Pull-out IP Phone in one cluster in PAL and put it
in another cluster on new image PC. Receive calls.
Change mouse. Test borrowed headset if it is
working and give it to the agent. Test amp and
connect it in Dish. Power off units of Cluster K
in PAL.

July 24, 2012 - We update all the Bios of HP and Dell PC in

Swiss Colony and APX. For the security.

July 25, 2012 - Pull-out units in PAL. Cutting and putting

sticker number or label on the new PC in PAL.
Counting amp and see how many PODS in Dish do not
have their amps. Refreshing and gpupdate the new
PC in PAL that Maam Roxanne configure.

July 26, 2012 - Get the extension number of the IP Phone in

PAL. Pull-out all units of Cluster H in PAL and
then Set-up the units also in PAL. Connect amp in
Dish. Carrying UPS and monitor and put it in the
storage room.

July 28, 2012 - I change keyboard and mouse in Dish.

Troubleshoot amp and connect it in Dish. I watched
how Sir Julius, Sir Ricky and Sir Ed about the
problem of Swiss Colony Account because it had a
problem in the IP Address and the VLAN also for
the Workstation.

July 30, 2012 - Checked UPS in Yankees Training Room, pull

out cables and then relay the UPS and connect
again the cables. I and my co-trainee troubleshoot

cables, HP and IBM keyboard, mouse and Male and
Female power cable. Test and connect amp in Dish.
Checked PC in Dish when the brownout occurred.

Aug. 1, 2012 - Replace UPS in Dish. Test and connect amp.

Restart PC in Dish because the NT log-in of the
agent cannot be accepted.

Aug. 2, 2012 - Connect and test amp in Dish. Received calls

and restart all PC in Dish so later it was easy to
agent to log-in.

Aug. 3, 2012 - Received calls. Connect and test amp.

Troubleshoot amp.

Aug. 4, 2012 - Sir Ricky allowed us to watch his work about

transferring the VLAN of the Teleflora from PAL
location to avoid conflict in transferring data in
Teleflora. Test, connect and change amp in Dish.

Aug. 6, 2012 - Connect and troubleshoot amp. Pull-out and

connect again the network cable because the agent
hard phone had error message No Ethernet. I
encountered problem about the network cable of
ones agent PC because the network cable is not
blinking and have an error message The Domain or
the Echostar is not available.

Aug. 7, 2012 - Receive incoming calls. Pull-out and replace

keyboard and mouse in Dish. Test, change and
connect amp also in Dish. Deploy one system unit
that re-image by my Co-trainee in Expansion or
Teleflora. Modify the BIOS and Boot Priority
Options for HP Desktop PC. Check UPS because ones
agent PC turns off.

Aug. 8, 2012 - Make NT log-in for the New Trainees. Receive

calls. Change and connect amp in Dish.

Aug. 9, 2012 - Troubleshoot, change and connect amp in
Dish. Reconnect cables that got loosen like VGA
and DVI cable and the Power cable. Change mouse
and keyboard in Dish.

Aug. 10, 2012 - Log-in to LILO PC. Find extra amp in

Expansion. Troubleshoot, change and connect amp.
Check UPS that turns off. Receiving calls.

Aug. 11, 2012 - Creating a Log-In System into desktop.

Aug. 12, 2012 - Receive calls. Test, connect and change amp.

Aug. 13, 2012 - Vacuum/Clean the system Unit to be neat and

clean.

Aug. 14, 2012 - Change, test and connect amp. Receive calls.
Restart PC that monitor has the blue screen
monitor. Change mouse and keyboard in Dish. Deploy
amp in Cluster Q & P that PODS have no amp. I
encounter the CTI error message box of the
softphone.

Aug. 15, 2012 - Set BIOS Option/Settings of DELL Desktop PC.

Test and change amp. Change mouse and Keyboard.

Aug. 16, 2012 - Set NIC to 100 Mbps Full Duplex. Connect and
change amp in Dish. Receive calls.

Aug. 17, 2012 - Join/Volunteer the Night Fun Run.

Aug. 20, 2012 - Change test amp. Set up BIOS. Encounter some
Errors

Aug. 21, 2012 - Setup BIOS in APX in All cluster.

Aug. 23, 2012 - Connect and troubleshoot amp at the APX.

Aug. 28, 2012 - Delete the addresses of PAL Saver
Application in the Host file for functioning the
PAL Saver.

Aug. 29, 2012 - We do again the VNC removal to the PC and

Install the new version

Aug. 30, 2012 - We support the Red hut Trainee room to

Unmuted the PC. Because if you check the unmute,
they automatically Mute again, so I configure to
Unmute, so we successes.

September 3, 2012 - we check all the AMP and Headset either

its working or not working.If working, we put
working. If not, we put defective.

September 4, 2012 - we check all the monitors either working

or not working for deployment to DISH, after that
we clean all the system Units.

September 6, 2012 - we check all the AMPs if working or

defective, and we collect all the defective AMPs
and repaired to use it again.

Sept 7, 2012 - we explore the Operating System of Windows 8

finish product.
