With due respect it is stated that my father is working as a

Restorer in the Municipal Committee Library. He draws a meager salary of
Rs: 10,000/- per month. Naturally he has to barrow money every month to
make both ends meet. He supports a large family consisting of five
daughters and three sons. In fact, the house hold worries have break down
in his health, and he has been on medical leave over two months.

In the light of the facts stated above, it is requested that I

may be granted full fee concession and a stipend of Rs: 1000/- per month. I
am badly in need of this financial relief, otherwise I will to discontinue my
studies. The income certificate from my fathers employer is attached for
your kind perusal.
