AGREEMENT OF TENANCY

THIS AGREEMENT OF TENANCY is made at Karachi, on this 29 day

BETWEEN Muslim, adult, resident, holding N.I.C
----------------hereinafter referred to as the LANDLORD/LANDLADY,
(which expression wherever the context so permit, mean and
include his/her heirs, representative, successors, attorneys,
administrators, executors, and assigns) of the ONE PART:

holding N.I.C --------------- hereinafter referred to as the
TENANT, (which expression shall wherever the context so permit
mean and include his/her successors-in-interest) of the OTHER
PART: WITNESSETH AS UNDER:-
WHEREAS the LANDLORD/LANDLADY, is the sole and absolute owner of
equipped with all the necessary fittings/fixtures, hereinafter
referred to as the SAID PREMISES.
AND WHEREAS the LANDLORD/LANDLADY has agreed to LET OUT and the
TENANT has agreed to take the said premises on RENTAL BASIS on
the following terms and conditions:-

9. That the TENANT hereby undertake not to make any addition

or alteration in said premises without prior written consents
of the LANDLORD/LANDLADY.

10. That the TENANT shall not use or permit to use the whole
or any part thereof for any purpose or in any manner which may
be a nuisance to the LANDLORD/LANDLADY or the occupier of
adjacent or other premises in neighborhood.

11. That the TENANT shall permit the LANDLORD/LANDLADY or

his/her authorized agent/servant to enter into the said
premises during reasonable time of the day to view the state
of repair and condition thereof or for any other reasonable
purpose as may be required with the prior permission of the
TENANT.

12. THAT this Agreement may be terminated by either party by

giving ____________ month/s prior notice.

14. THAT all the terms and conditions of this Agreement have
