Reviewing the developments related to FI, OC, OF, FM, Marketing and ACC delivered by
integration partners including Technical spec., unit test plans and developments.
Extensively worked in FICA and FSCM developments involving the credit management
for representatives, payments etc. Worked on the FSCM events and Function modules.
Worked and part of design for integrating biller direct with FSCM/FICA in ECC from
Ecommerce.
Mainly worked on ABAP development for Field Management and Finance- FSCM/FICA.
This included development in smartforms, RFCs, BADI implementations, FQ event
implementation, user exits, BAPIs, module pool programming, LSMW, reports etc
Field Management involved the entire representative registration process from Ecomm to
ECC, maintaining segment and tier for each rep, LOA calculation, QV and other attribute
calculations for the business done by reps, Updating the relationships to sync with Vistex
and CRM in ECC, G40 messaging which involves sending messages to cutomers, reps,
uplines etc.
Finance involved credit management using FSCM, campaign statement generation at end
of each campaign using smartforms, payments using biller direct and integration of biller
direct and paymetric etc.
ABAP developments included RFC between SAP and ECOMM, CRM; BADIS, BAPIs,
user exits, reports, implicit and explicit enhancements, smartforms, ABAP data dictionary.
 Worked on FQ events for credit management and integration of SAP FSCM and FICA
using web services and FQ events.
Also worked with SAP MAX attention teams to optimize the code for performance tuning
using parallel processing, optimizing the code using proper SAP standards.
Developed multiple PI interfaces integrating SAP ECC, SAP CRM and systems like
Ecomm, Egain, ALM, IOPS for Canada rollout.
Configured the scenarios involving the integration with EGAIN messaging systems for
Finance, Field Management, order capture and order fulfillment using receiver JMS
adapters.
Configured the scenario involving Real time communication preference changes from
CRM to EGAIN using JMS receiver adapter and proxy as sender.
Configured the scenarios involving real time interfaces to ECOMM using JMS adapter,
IDOC viz.
i) Preferred delivery date interface from ECC to ECOMM.
ii) Express Check out order interface from ECC to ECOMM
iii) Real time changes from CRM i.e relationship change, address /email/telephone changes,

Configured the scenario for ALM interface using PI for sending Orders data to ALM using
JDBC adapter and IDOC adapter.
Configured the scenario for receiving Pick Pack PGI data from IOPS system to ECC via
PI using sender JDBC channel and receiver IDOC adapter.
Configured the scenario for sending Delivery information to IOPS via PI using sender
IDOC and receiver JDBC channel.
Also worked a bit in Java programming for PI interfaces and biller direct in SAP netweaver.
Work with business and functional analysts converting business requirements, processes
and design into comprehensive robust, efficient and stable technical designs and solutions
Design and develop solutions leveraging the SAP environment before customizing the
