AFFIDAVIT

I, Rhic Ryan Lhee Vergara , Filipino citizen, of legal age, single, and a
resident of #12 Villasis , Santiago city, after having been duly sworn in
accordance with law, hereby depose and say:

1. I am in charge of Paraffin tests in the crime laboratory here in Santiago

city located at Rizal, Santiago city;
2. That I have conducted a paraffin test on a paraffin casts taken from the
hands of one Michael Almondia;
3. That upon request by the Chief of Police, I have complied with the
request to submit the result of such test;
4. That I am making this affidavit to acknowledge the genuineness of the
Paraffin test result requested by Melodie Esquejo Cabato and the Chief
of Police in Rizal, Santiago city.

Further Affiant sayeth none.
