NAME, CONSTITUTE and APPOINT, XIMENCIA P PALMERO of legal
age, Filipino, married and a resident of PUROK 3, TIBUNGGCO, DAVAO
CITY, Philippines to be my true and lawful Attorney-in-Fact, to act for
and in my stead, to do, perform the things hereunder mentioned:

1. To process, make, transact, receive and submit all

documents needed for registration of the property
located at Lot 1027-C MandugBuhangin Davao City in
the Registrar of Deeds;

2. To pay and process all the payments necessary;

3. To submit, claim and receive documents / TCT in my

behalf from the Registrar of Deeds, Agencies such as
the City Assessors Office, Bureau of Internal Revenue,
Bureau of Lands and other government or private
agencies;

4. To process, sign and / or to execute such papers or

documents as may be necessary to serve the purposes;

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto our said Attorney-in Fact

full power and authority to do and perform every act or things
whatsoever requisite and necessary to be done in and about the
premises as fully to all intents and purposes as we might or could do if
personally present hereby ratifying and confirming all that our said
Attorney-in-Fact shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue of these
