REPLY- AFFIDAVIT

COMES NOW COMPLAINANT, represented by the undersigned

counsel, of legal age, Filipino, single and with residence address
at 123 Road 1, Bagong Pag-asa, Sampaloc, Manila, unto this
Honorable Court, most respectfully alleges, in Reply to the Answer
of Defendant Bruno Mars, copy of which was actually received on
27 January 2017, that:

1.) The Complainant is the sole and lawful owner of the

subject apartment as evidenced by the Transfer Certificate
Title No. 12345678, from the Registry of Deeds of Quezon
City, Annex A of Complaint.

2.) Defendant from the time of occupying the subject

apartment had been paying directly to herein complainant
until May 2016.

3.) Complainant never authorized nor instructed Mr.

William Sheeran to collect any monthly rentals, hence the
former has no knowledge of the transactions and payment
made to the latter.

AND SO, given and based on the above facts and pieces of
evidence duly presented, it is respectfully prayed of this
Honorable Court that Defendant BRUNO MARS be ordered to
vacate the subject premises; to pay the amount of P5,000.00 per
month as compensation for the reasonable use of the subject
premises until they finally vacate the said premises; and to pay
the plaintiff the cost of the suit.
