PROGRAMMING GUIDE
1.Install Program Setup_Visual_I2C_v3-2-3b8h
Create a folder as C:/ProgramFiles/Micronas and create Visual I2C folder
inside that Micronas folder. (System creates all of that folders autometically, when
Setup_Visual_I2C_v3-2-0.exe is loaded.)

2.Install Driver Software MB20-21-24

and LPT driver

Install driver software MB20-21-24 inside . C:/ProgramFiles/Micronas/ Visual I2C

Install Setup_LptDriver
Setup_LptDriver into C:/Windows/System32

3.Connect the Programmer to your PC via

ParallelPort PL100

4.Connect the Programmer to the Unit via Scart

Cable PL103

5.Connect 7 pin cable between PL1 common LPT

Soket and PL2
1.Enter the TV to Software download mode .
Switch the TV on , press menu then enter 1905 on Remote Control .TV is been locked RC or Keyboard
does not work

2.Open the Folder of the driver Software

3.Select the Folder vct49xyi_start.vi2c ( picture 1 ) Software

download menu will appear on screen ( picture 2 ) .

 Important: First of all you have
to set the LPT settings with
following values
Delay = 5 ms
Timeout = 100 ms

4. Select find window as in picture 1 and write bootloader in the find section of the submenu . After pressing the
start icon search process will be activated and all available folders will be listed on screen.
5.Select the bootloader.bat
folder
by double click .

The main window will come to the screen

for loading the binary file.

6. Click over the

bootloader icon
for prepearing to loading.

TV will go to stand-by mode if bootloder

process was achived. And below window
will appear on the tv screen.
7.After bootloader
process, activate
the read process
by click the Read
them section as
shown on the
picture .

At the End of the

read process
bootloader version
will appear on
screen , depending
on the bootloader
version as 21 or 22
8.Erase the flash by enter the
Erase Flash icon on screen

9.To select the wanted

Software Binary File double
click the area on the left
handside of the Load Bin icon.
On screen a Seb Menu will
appear
Choose the path of
the Software Binary
File in the Name
section

Enter the following

values to the
Address and I2C
Register
to=0x7FFF
reclen=16.
 10. Finally click to Load
Bin Flash icon Loading
will be started
automatically.
After the loading process
switch off the TV
