In Scene 4 - Change ALL references from 1966 to 1956

Scene 2

WHITNEY: And I was like totally tubular, and she was like, no way, and I was like,
Dude you did not just say that! And I was like, Im so sure!

AMANDA: No way! Thats totally gnarly!


WHITNEY: You girls, like want to join, like, our VBS group? Its like the bomb!

AMANDA: Totally cool.


NORMAN: Why isnt the time machine working? This makes no sense!

AMANDA: Weve been learning this week that, like, one of the
greatest mysteries of the faith is, like, that our life as a Christian is not
just, like, imitating Christ, but, like the indwelling of Christ.

WHITNEY: And thats EXCELLENT! That means that Christ
actually, like, lives in us! Galatians 2:20 says, I have been crucified
with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me.
(the girls switch these lines)

WHITNEY: Thats scrunchy. Like, its, like, for your hair. Like, youve never used a
scrunchy??

AMANDA: Thats pretty lame (she exits)

Scene 4

ANNETTE: Hey pals and gals! Welcome to our Summer Bible School! Weve been
learning about how Gods Spirit displays His grace in our lives once we surrender too Him!

DANIEL: Its the most, to say the least!

BK #1: Very cool!

BK #2: I dig it!

BEACH KIDS: We are all cranked!


(Song, Gods Grace ends)

ANNETTE: Thats boss!

DANIEL: Yeah. Theres nothing like rippin it on a barrel.

AVA: Like doing a what on a what?

NORMAN: Thank you for your kind offer, but we need to get going.

ANNETTE: I dig it. Bye!

DANIEL: Take care. God bless you!


FINN: Ava, Morgan, come here!

AVA: Do I look cool?












Scene 5

TETRA: Worthington Park? Sorry never heard of it. The nearest park is 20 miles away.

ALL: What?!

(OFFICER ENTERS)

OFFICER: All right, what is going on here! I picked up a disturbance
on my scanner.

(ALL look confused)

OFFICER: (to young NORMAN) Do you have a permit for that thing?
(points at time machine)

TETRA: Its okay, officer. (winking at NORMAN) They are with us.

OFFICER: (unconvinced) Very Well. Just make sure you clean up
when you are done.

EVERYONE: Yes, sir!

(OFFICER walks back, but stays in sight of the group)


(After the song, Fix Our Eyes)

MORGAN: (softening) Uh, well thanks.

OFFICER: (walking up to OLD NORMAN) I was listening, and, well, I
would like to know more about this Jesus everyone is talking about.

(OLD NORMAN and OFFICER exit together, talking)
