PUBLIC NOTICE
DDA HOUSING SCHEME 2010

KIND ATTENTION !

The letter of verification of documents and genuineness have


been sent/are being sent. In case, the same is not received by the
allottees of General Category, they are requested to submit the
document on or before 30.6.2011 as listed below:-

1. Proof of address and personal identification i.e. Election Identity Card/Ration


Card/Passport/Office Identity Card, etc duly attested.
2. Photo copy of Counter foil/acknowledgement of the application form of DDA Housing
Scheme-2010 duly attested.
3. Photo and signature duly attested by the Gazetted Officer (in original).
4. Photocopy of Bank Pass Book/Statement indicating source of payment of Registration
Money duly attested.
5. Details of Bank A/c from where the payment of cost of flat will be made to DDA.
6. Since a copy of demand-cum-allotment letter will be sent to the concerned
Commissioner, Income Tax Department, therefore, provide the details of Income
Tax Ward/Circle where you are/will be filling Income Tax Return.
7. An affidavit declaring that I or my wife/husband or any of my dependent including
minor children do not own in full or part on freehold or leasehold basis any residential
plot or house in the Urban area of Delhi, New Delhi or Delhi Cantt(in original).

Allottees of Reserved Categories may appear before the concerned


Dy.Director on or before 30.6.2011 alongwith the documents listed
below:-

1. Proof of address and personal identification i.e. Election Identity Card/Ration

2. Original certificate of Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe/Physically Handicapped/War
Widow/Ex-Serviceman issued by the Competent Authority, as applicable.
3. Counter foil/acknowledgement of the application form of DDA Housing Scheme-
2010.
4. Photo and signature duly attested by the Gazetted Officer (in original).
5. Photocopy of Bank Pass Book/Statement indicating source of payment of
Registration Money.
6. Details of Bank A/c from where the payment of cost of flat will be made to DDA.
7. Since a copy of demand-cum-allotment letter will be sent to the concerned

Please also bring one complete set of photocopies of the above documents duly
