COURSE SYNOPSIS:

The course covers different types of quantitative research methods and statistical
techniques. Topics in research methods include: primary and secondary data
analysis, sampling, survey design, and experimental designs. Topics in
quantitative techniques include: descriptive and inferential statistics, general
linear models, and non-linear models.

(Kursus ini merangkumi pelbagai jenis kaedah penyelidikan kuantitatif dan teknik
statistik. Topik dalam kaedah penyelidikan meliputi: analisis data primer dan
sekunder, pensampelan, rekabentuk tinjauan, dan rekabentuk eksperimen. Topik
dalam teknik kuantitatif: statistik deskriptif dan inferensi, model linear, dan model
tak linear).

RATIONALE OF THE COURSE:


To expose students to basic knowledge in quantitative research methodology that they
are able to apply suitable approach and method in conducting research.

1. Analyze aspects related to quantitative research and provide justifications.

3. Apply the appropriate approach in controlling the quantitative

4. Analyzing quantitative research data through appropriate statistical
