Well i'm looking forward to this weekend spending this time with you and as i

have thought the significance of this class probably everyone who teaches a
class in seminary thinks their classes the most important class but i think i
can say without question that the most strategic influence in the church is
the pulpit that as the pulpit goes and inevitable the church goes and so to
secure the pupit is the secure the stongest influence that can be in the life of
the church and then church and turns is to have its influence in the world and
in the culture ans society and everything that's going on so I think that the
pulpit is the single most strategic place in the entire world until preaching is
what it should be worship will always be less than what is should be
evangelism fellowship pursuit of holiness ministry all of these things will be
less than what it should be when the church is weak and so we want the
church to be strong we the church to be chist-like in godly and so therefore its
of necessity that the pulpit be what God desire it to be a study in church
history will reaveal that there's never been a reformation and that there has
never been a great awankening an there has never been a major movement
of god that was not initiated by a strong presence in the pulpit of preaching
the Word of God and so I think that the greatest need and the church today is
for strong biblical preaching I don't know where the Lord will place your after
you graduate I don't know what ministry (2:07)
