Verify which strategic management and self-management skills are cause of reduction of burned out
risk. The following skills for example: perception, emotional intelligence, strategic (risk) management,

project management, leadership and governance.!
Verify that Gamification as a method, can be used in order to reduce burned out, by advancing
performance capacity.!
Verify that human potential training, 9+ stages of development (REF: Research by the LDMF
Foundation, Human Potential, 9 Stages of development) is able to advance the capacity of the
employees/individuals to reduction of burned out risk.!
Find the ideal content, design and method utilized for providing training, coaching and implementing
gamification that is able to reduce burned out risk and alleviate its symptoms.!

The index of burned out of the last 20 years shows an increasing curve globally.!
According to the researcher studies, higher human stages of development combined with higher skills
on the field of strategic management and self-management, may advance life span (reduce risk of

Burn out is caused by an over stimulation and over load of the response-ability capacity of the
individual. The body, emotions, psychology, when requested to perform for a long period of time over
their capacity, may burn out.!
With the best of their knowledge, corporate application of self-created policies on the field of self-care,
HHRR, preventive health, process management, leisure, have not been able to predict burn out cases.
