LOAN AGREEMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, BRUNO MARS, Filipino, of legal age, single with postal address at 456
Ayala Avenue, Makati City acknowledges:

That I am indebted in the sum of TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (P

200,000.000), Philippine Currency, to ARIANA GRANDE also a Filipino, of
legal age, married to RED GRANDE with postal address at 123 Road 1,
Bagong Pag-asa, Sampaloc, Manila.

That I shall pay the sum of TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (P

200,000.000) unto the said ARIANA GRANDE within a period of THIRTY
SIX MONTHS (36) or the amount of Five Thousand Five Hundred Fifty
Five Pesos (P5,555.00) per month starting February 2016 to March
2019 , with interest at the rate of TWO PERCENT( 2 %) percent per month.
