presentation
As we celebrate 50 years of existence of the Divine Word Publishing, which it di
d balance work of the journey and reflect on the challenges presented to us the
future. We conclude that EVD, as publisher of the Divine Word Missionaries, focu
sing on the dissemination of the Scriptures, should go for something more than t
he biblical text and disseminate tools for study. We saw as fundamental and urge
nt contact with teachers and youth leaders that will connect with the biblical i
dea and, together, to offer training courses and workshops so that every time th
ere are more Christians better understand the text and, above all, live it . We
believe that our service can help many people like the Ethiopian Book of the Act
s of the Apostles are asking: How can I, if nobody explains it to me? Thus, we b
egin this journey full of hope, and so we join the Church's proposal to celebrat
e the synod on "The Word of God in the life and mission of the Church." The offe
r we presented has been prepared by the training team of the Divine Word, a grou
p of teachers who love the Bible. After a shared reflection, offer a varied and
wide range of courses: some are more of initiation, others delve into a particul
ar aspect. They all have one goal: more visibility of Scripture to savor and enj
oy more fully the eternal message that your pages contain God cherishes each of
us as a parent loves his children. But we are also open to new proposals along t
he way they arise. The way we will do together. We thank everyone who made this
project begins to walk, and hopefully will be a small contribution to the ever-e
xciting adventure to learn more about the One who brought us the most beautiful
post ever offered, Christ the Lord.
