1.0 - BACKGROUND OF THE EXISTENCE OF THE PROGRAM AND ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS OF
LABOR IN THE CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY: THE PURPOSE PCMAT The program aims to: • En
sure the health and physical integrity of workers;
• Avoid actions or dangerous situations for lack of prevention; • Define tasks,
responsibilities and authority that manages the staff,
perform and verify activities affecting the safety and involved in the productio
n process; • Determine the measures of protection and prevention;
• Do the estimates of risk arising from the implementation process of the work:
• Apply techniques for implementing the full extent possible to reduce these ris
ks.

3. RESPONSIBILITIES AND LIABILITY a) Management of Work: - Comply with and enfor
ce the regulatory standards of the Ordinance No. 3214/78 of the Ministry of Labo
ur, as well as the internal procedures of the Company as the Safety and Occupati
onal Health (PCMAT and PCMSO) - morally and financially support the programs of
Occupational Health and Safety Company (PCMAT and PCMSO) - monitor the results o
f the Work Safety. b) Engineer Job: - To comply with and enforce the requirement
s of regulatory Decree No. 3214/78 of the Ministry of Labour, as well as the int
ernal procedures of the Company. - Require subordinates to the mandatory use of
personal protective equipment. - Instruct your staff to work on standards and sa
fety regulations for each service to be performed. - To abide rigorously establi
shed safety procedures by the Company. - Arrange for correction of situations of
risk involved in their area. - Report the occurrence of accidents or incidents
that occurred in the construction site. - Plan the implementation of tasks in or
der to prevent failures that can cause loss of human, material and / or financia
l. - Disseminate this guide to all employees directly or indirectly involved wit
h the various activities of the construction site, and ensure and enforce compli
ance with the established norm. - Provide whatever is necessary to meet the stan
dards established in this manual. - Request the Department of Safety Training Co
mpany for all employees. c) Masters and Officers: - Require subordinates to the
mandatory use of personal protective equipment. - Instruct your staff to work on
Standards and Security procedures for each service to be performed. - To abide

- Report the occurrence of accidents and incidents, successful in their area, to
the Department of Work Safety. Investigate causes and propose corrective and pr
eventive measures. - Ensure the smooth operation of collective protection device

Water Supply: The potable water supply is via jet inclined troughs, which are in
stalled on the ground floor. Services performed: In gathering information for th
e preparation of PCMAT, the work is in the process of excavation. Services that

6.0-POWER PLANTS: There are two distinct electrical installations: the building

8.0 OVERVIEW OF RISKS Many fatal accidents occur in the construction industry, e
vents are often higher than in other industries because, first, to be the indust
ry that employs more people in Brazil, and secondly, because the conditions exec
ution of work are still very uncertain, adding to the little information and tra
ining given to workers. During the construction process stand out clearly the va
rious stages of greater or lesser importance, generating a number of risks that
could create accidents. The following are the most common risks during the const
ruction process, the main causes and preventive measures in the stages have not

10 - SPECIFICATION OF PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT - PPE BY FUNCTION: The Personal Prote
ctive Equipment form together a resource widely used for worker safety in the ex
ercise of their functions. Assume, therefore, the role of great responsibility i
n maintaining the employee against the most varied risks to which is subject in
the workplace. The PPE is used in most cases, when general resources are not app
licable or not available for the neutralization of risks that endanger the safet
y and occupational health. The use of PPE is mandatory for all company employees
and subcontractors firms.

14 - FINAL CONSIDERATIONS PCMAT should be kept in work available to the regional
body of the Ministry of Labour - MTb and its implementation is the responsibili
ty of the employer. The environmental risks identified in the workplace (constru
ction site) and security conditions that do not meet the Regulatory Standards ar
e listed in the attached spreadsheets. According to the emergence of new risks,
new sheets to be compiled and appended to this document, being an activity of th
e responsibility of the person designated by the employer to monitor the impleme
ntation of the program at the worksite. The environmental risks were raised thro
ugh a survey conducted throughout the construction site, with the accompaniment
