Principal administrative support in the Deputy Director's office. Support and facilitate
coordination with senior managers, responsible for administration and management of the
Medicare Fee-For-Service Program. Maintain the calendar of the Deputy Director, use
discretion to who will receive personal appointments. Perform clerical research and
assemble materials used by the Deputy Director in meetings. Use discretion to prepare
correspondence for the signature of the Deputy Director, as well as maintain and efficient
communication between the Director and Deputy with the CMS staff, regional offices,
the states, contractors, and other outside sources. Purchase card holder, handle travel

Provides legal and technical support to Administrative Law Judges (ALJs) and other
technical/professional positions in the processing of entitlement cases pursuant to Titles
II, XVI and XVIII of the Social Security Act, as amended at the administrative appeals
level. Responsible for developing and processing a Request for Hearing case from its
receipt in the office to its completion, independently performing a wide range of case
development actions. In addition, I process more complex hearing cases where analysis
of the pertinent issues and interpretation of the provisions of the laws, regulations, ruling,
precedents, policies, procedures and guidelines relative to the cases is necessary. I also
provide backup phone coverage, burn copy of evidence on cd and submit to the law
judge, attorney and claimant. Create and submit master docket letters to the attorney and
claimant to advise them of the next process in their upcoming hearing. Also, schedule
cases for hearings in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements. Prepare Notice
of hearings for the claimant, attorney, witnesses and experts.

I am Administrative support for Associate Commissioner of the Office of Disability
Programs. I am also administrative support for the director of the Office of Vocational
Policy. I am responsible for all timekeeper duties, assuring accuracy in time and
attendance for approximately 30 employees. I arrange all travel, assuring accurate
documentation into the Agency Gelco travel manager 9.1 program. I assist with all
incoming and outgoing mail, both electronic and paper, screen calls for the Associate
Commissioner; encode travel vouchers and authorizations into the Web system; create
meetings and conferences on behalf of the Associate Commissioner assuring background
documents and provided; and accept meetings for both managers, I prepare typewritten
memos and other documents on MS Word, Excel, and independently develop Power
Point presentations based on outlines provided by executive management. I am
responsible for micro-purchases, assuring accurate and correct contractual requirements. I
work with the component Budget Officer in managing ODP's budget of approximately
$1.5 million, tracking expenses for 25 detailees and updating divisions Operating Plans to
assure timely and accurate expenditures. I resolve any inaccuracies to assure a balanced
fiscal year budget. I utilize the Agencys automation tools Financial Information System
(FIS) and the State Agency Operations Reports (SSOARS) in my analysis and resolution
activities. I independently research available training from various training institutions
organizations with accredited training programs to meet needs identified by managers for
