The MB UV-Cure is part of the
MBRAUN process tool series de- Rigid Hinged
signed for applications in the organic Safety Enclosure
electronics marketplace. The basic
function is to encapsulate rigid sub- UV Lamp
strates with a cover glass under am-
bient pressure conditions using a high
intensity UV source.

The MB UV Cure process tool con-

sists of a UV source which is integrat-
ed into a rigid hinged safety enclosure
with a black frosted varnishing to re-
duce reflections and to protect the op-
erator from intense UV radiation.
For restricted space conditions a ceil-
ing mounted version is available.
